The toilet on my floor was unisex and it was pretty narrow so sometimes it’s a bit awkward when there are several people in very small space

I can't think of anything!

My first international hostel and I was most impressed. I'd got the sleeper train so being able to drop off my bags at 7am was great. Free tea, coffee and fruit all day, fantastic kitchen to make your own meals, the room was a good size and the location is quiet and very convenient. Friendly staff too. I want to change my rating to a 10 but it won't let me, sorry YoHo!

Location is perfect--around 10 minute walk to the main train/ bus station; with supermarkets and food places nearby. Great starting point when you do a walking itinerary of tourist attractions. Room is very spacious, beds very comfy. We had a balcony--that was extra nice :) Big, clean kitchen, which you can access anytime. They also offer free coffee, which is always a big bonus :)

Very nice hostel, very friendly staff. Amazing that you can automatically lock your stuff in a locker and it is very spacious. Relatively clean bedsheets. Good location and you can leave your luggage there after check-out.

Toilets are mixed which is alright but the way the washbasins are in ladies part is not really comfortable. mainly because there isnt enough space for people to oass through.

The way to get to the upper bed is not that easy. The showers were not very clean.

I loved the fact that they had both options: paid breakfast and the option to make it yourself and socialize with other guests. There was a fridge to store your food. That was a big plus. The location was perfect, I even walked from the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Maybe you can add a curtain for each bed? Cause the bedlamp is so bright, when someone turn it you can hardly sleep.

The location is amazing, you can walk to the Mirabell or the train station in 10 minutes. Every night they play the film the sound of music In the common room. And they offer free coffee/milk/cereals in the morning. My point is the staff is so helpful!!!My iPhone charger was broken and I arrived so late at the Ester night, he helped me to charge it for a while and drew me a map told me where I can bought a new charger at night and recommended me a restaurant (which is soooo delicious!). Next time when I visit Salzburg I’d love to choose yoho again!

The bed itself creaked a little too much. And the room got quite hot in the night. Otherwise, no complaints.

Loved the facilities and the location. The city center was just a 10-15 min walk from the hostel and more importantly, the train station was 7 min away which proved to be an excellent point. Loved that the room has a sink. Also, the bathrooms had hair dryers and a lot. So it was helpful. Overall, very good staff and very clean hostel! Absolutely value for the money.

I had a fantastic stay at the accommodation in Salzburg. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, with both the train station and the old town within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. I also appreciated the availability of luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which made my trip much more convenient.

The bathroom was quite small and had only a half-empty bottle of liquid soap and toilet paper (hostel-style). The elevator was quite small and slow. I didn't book the breakfast but it looked quite simple (but cheap tbh).

I booked a private room that was quite spacious and had a balcony. The staff was quite nice and helpful. They have a nice bar that offers a couple of cocktails. A room where The Sound of Music plays every day at 8 PM.

Not too far from the city centre. I was super impressed by how clean it is for a Hostel ! The staff were helpful and kind , you have everything and little bit more for your money.
