The location is good, just walking distance to some of the spots and especially metro. Breakfast is 8euro and unlimited which I like. The staff are friendly and reliable. They are able to keep my air Pods when I left at the hostel.

loved the free coffee and tea all day! the common areas were nice and cozy + the rooms and toilets were impeccably clean and comfy! (Lockers huge -enough for my backpack- and have key card access too!) the toilets were also clean and those on my floor were female only which I was so thankful for! Location was also perfect:)

A short walk is still a bit out of the way after a long day.

Very pleasant stay, large bunk beds and lockers big enough to store a massive suitcase. A short walk (0.5-2km) to local shops, the train station or into town where all the attractions were. Had a shared fridge, kettle, toaster and microwaves for self catering.

Men's showers were on a completely different floor. That needs to change.

We were out in a mixed gender room by mistake and stuck sleeping with guys in the room.. They were sorry about it but it was uncomfortable at first.

Great people work and stay there. Lovely vibe in the movie room and kitchen area breakfast area. Clean, comfy beds, perfect location

Kitchen doesn't have stove just microwave. You can rent a towel for 6 euro(5 euro deposit) so maybe better you bring own towel.

Simon♡◇○♡○◇♧ I booked 4 bed room but it was mixed room. I wanted to stay at women only room so I went to reception to ask if it is possible to change room. And Simon did it for me thanks. Once you do check in you will get new pillow cover, duvet &mattress cover which was clean. In the ground floor there is kitchen and dining tables which you can use. I stayed two nights in 6 bed woman room and inside there was toilet and shower seperately which was very convenient. Also I bought Salzburg card and 120% used it. The location is super nice close to center.

The hostel is not that clean and tidy (probably more down to other people than the cleaning staff). The room is pretty small and there aren't any curtains like in most places these days.

The location is great near the centre, and close to the train station. The staff were great.

The toilet on my floor was unisex and it was pretty narrow so sometimes it’s a bit awkward when there are several people in very small space

I can't think of anything!

My first international hostel and I was most impressed. I'd got the sleeper train so being able to drop off my bags at 7am was great. Free tea, coffee and fruit all day, fantastic kitchen to make your own meals, the room was a good size and the location is quiet and very convenient. Friendly staff too. I want to change my rating to a 10 but it won't let me, sorry YoHo!

Location is perfect--around 10 minute walk to the main train/ bus station; with supermarkets and food places nearby. Great starting point when you do a walking itinerary of tourist attractions. Room is very spacious, beds very comfy. We had a balcony--that was extra nice :) Big, clean kitchen, which you can access anytime. They also offer free coffee, which is always a big bonus :)

The shared facilities are not that clean.

Very nice hostel, very friendly staff. Amazing that you can automatically lock your stuff in a locker and it is very spacious. Relatively clean bedsheets. Good location and you can leave your luggage there after check-out.
