Everything was ok. Nice triple room with all we needed, including balcony. Food was very good, not much variety but clasic breakfast. Dinner was great. nice staff and helpful. Although it’s near train station, we haven’t heard any noise. Definitely will come back.

The bed was too soft, the pillows were old and thin. The room faces east and the curtains were thin so it was too bright in the morning. Upon arrival the receptionist was rude and didn't know when check out was.

The bathtub next to the bed was a treat. The room was cozy and it was quiet. Most of the staff was very kind and helpful. I could control the rooms temperature myself.

We asked for crib in advance, with response from hotel 'OK' and when we came, crib wasnt there but the personal brought it immediately. I was OK with that, not a big deal. But when I wanted to put baby to sleep I found out, the sheets were NOT changed, there were hair and some plastic tape. That was really disappointing.

It's nice hotel near highway. We stayed only one night but it was pleasing stay.

Correct address in St. Valentin was not provided on booking.com! That was the first of two times (in a row) this happened. Was there a hack of and damage to Booking.com addresses? Seems suspicious this never happened before. Not a hotel issue unless they gave inadequate address to booking com!

Waited for us an hour and a half longer due to gps bringing us to wrong location. Friendly even with very late arrival and no late fee. Very nice hotel with elevator. Had balcony. Very nice bathroom with shower products supplied. Procided hot water maker for instant coffee in room as requested.

The carpet did not look very clean. The night light next to one of the beds did not work and the shower head had no attachment so had to be held by hand which is odd.

The room was very basic but with plenty of space to place the suitcases. Close to the high way we were using. It was a short overnight stay on our way back to Vienna.

When we arrived, there seemed to be an event or a party with a lot of people, at the ground floor, so at the beginning there was no parking space available. After speaking with the staff, we got a parking space. We have been offered a room, which was obviously not cleaned after the last guests. After speaking with the staff, we got another, clean room. We can understand a mistake, but this can be unpleasant when you are tired after a very long drive. Honestly, the price seems to be a bit high for the service we've got or compared to all other places i've stayed in.

Unlike our last stay here (which was excellent), the room was not up to par. We needed an electric heater because the heating didn't work and we found nail clippings on the carpet under the bed. The heater was noisy so forget sleeping with it on. Disappointing for the price.

Convenient location off the highway for an overnight pit stop. Very good meal at the restaurant with friendly service.

Stayed for the weekend for a friends birthday, the hotel is recently renovated, very clean and comfortable with modern facilities. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the food was excellent. Lovely outdoor eating space.Handy for the train station.

Convenient place to stay overnight while traveling. As a plus the hotel has a family atmosphere, nice and helpful staff and a very nice restaurant with local meals. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Reception did not get automatically booking from booking.com so it took some time till receptionist found our booking and prepared the room.
