People kept trying to get into my pod through the night. It was also humid and my screen in my room did not work. I used my clothing as a blanket and pillow. It would be better to get a hotel for a night for the same price and have more privacy and comfort.

I would have appreciated having a blanket and the earplugs and eye mask as was stated on a piece of paper in the pod. It would have been helpful to have an attendant who speaks German or English in Vienna. The initial code that was sent to me did not work.

One more thing I would like to add is the ventilation could be improved. Also, I do want to say I find it abit too expensive for the length of stay.

I think it is important to keep in mind the purpose of booking these resting pods, the purpose is not to get a five start hotel room but to get some save space for a few hours before a flight, the resting pods offer this. But all in all it served its purpose and I am satisfied with that.

The bed is rather uncomfortable and there are no sheets. It is recommended for a rest but not to have a pleasant resting night. I believe the price is too high.

I liked the capsules were very close to the departure gates. The room was quite clean.

The bed is not good, they put a cover over the leather mattress and it is slipping and sliding non stop, very uncomfortable. Also, not enough air without conditioner and conditioner is loud.

Dirty, sheets are not made up, not clean anywhere and it’s basically a hospital bed with paper towels on it as a sheet. The advertising is fake because they make you think it’s a capsule hotel but there’s no reception and no staff on hand. So if by chance you cannot reach the helpline on WhatsApp you are thoroughly shafted.

It was expensive for how little you got. The screens didn’t work. The check in verification process was a pain and I didn’t get sent the link to do it. There was no sound proofing whatsoever, I could hear the person in the pod next to me turning in their bed. The bed area wasn’t very clean. There was a note left saying they were providing ear plugs and an eye mask, but neither were there.

The checking in was really terrible. You have to fill in so many things only to find out at the end that the page isn’t working. I never got the actual check in information like password of the cabin nor the cabin number. I had to make quite a few telephone calls to get the matter sorted. Luckily, I would say, the phone number was valid. I eventually got through to speak to someone who could help me. There I saw a few persons having the same problem of whom I helped making the telephone call to get things going for them. The guy I helped, he didn’t speak English very well at all so if I or other people weren’t around, this person would not be able to get in the cabin. WHY CANT THE PASSWORD FOR THE CABIN AND THE NUMBER OF THE CABIN BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS REGISTERED WITH THE BOOKING LIKE OTHER COMPANY????? Why making this so difficult????

The process of registering was very problematic. I kept receiving emails that l still needed to provide information. When l attempted to remedy, the site would be inaccessible. When I called for assistance, I had difficulty understanding the responders, and sometimes they were less that patient and impolite.
