  “Simple continental breakfast as expected, although somewhat confusing with some cereals on far side of dining room, and other cereals and toaster in owners pantry. Would be better if all guests breakfast components in one place and kept apart from private pantry, this would provide better clarity on what was available for guests use. Great selection of exotic teas and coffees, but a jug and basic tea would be good in the side lounge so guests are not needing to be in owners space out of breakfast times.”

  “Ann's place was incredibly cosy, comfortable and clean. It was very private and had all the little extra touches which is a testimony to Ann's thoughtfulness and aesthetic. Ann was a generous and communicative host. I would recommend this place to couples looking for a quiet, safe haven when travelling through Albany.”
