Great place for a family perfectly located to get around the great ocean road, everything you need to cook and for the kids to play! Our host nicely provided eggs and bread as we were arriving very late from the airport without anything for the kids to eat.

I loved how quite this place was. Everything we needed was available. It was so close to the 12 Apostles, making it easy for an evening sunset shot and an early morning sunrise.

We are not sure whether it is ok to drink tap water because It seems like collected rain water. If I am fully aware of it, I will bring more bottle water. We came in early fall and the view is not that fantastic. If the platation is ongoing, the view might be really great.

We get the whole house and the beds and pillows were good. The kitchen is functional with electric stove as well as a gas-fired BBQer. You should cook your own meal there because the restaurant is quite far away. There were other house on the land but the distance was quite far away. Therefore, you get your privacy but it does not feel like you are in a cabin of horor movie. It has a vibe of up country that you should try when visiting 12 Appostles. The goats were cute. They love bread and some fruites we cannot finish of before taking a plane.

Such a beautiful place! In the middle of nature and during the night we saw this sky full of stars! The accommodation was very clean and it had all the stuff to cook, to clean, to sleep.. so absolutely recommend it 😁

The drawers were broken in the kitchen, made hard to use. The railing was loose and my son leaned on it and he nearly fell off balcony. New screen door is needed going put to the balcony as does the second bedroom

Absolutely beautiful location! The cottage is very cute, love having 2 separate bedrooms as I was staying with my son (adult). The balcony was beautiful to sit out on and enjoy breakfast and dinner. Great bathroom and great to have a full size fridge.

The cottage is situated off the main highway in a lovely countryside setting. Very peaceful and relaxing. The cottage was very clean, neat and the beds were comfortable.

The kitchenware, plug-in stove, microwave, and kettle are kind of dirty and have not been fully clean. We have to clean them all before using it. I hope the owner would clean them all because the dirtiness of these things are adding up each time the guests use it.

The location is good for our trip as we are finding a place to stay before go on with our roadtrip along Great Ocean Road. The cottage is enough for us four. The field behind the cottage is perfect! We love it so much and took loads of photo. The scenery is stunning during the sunset. There is heater for each bedrooms. There is a small kitchen just enough stuff for us to use.

The serenity…location on farm stay with a view of the Ocean. So close to 12 Apostles. Clean & cosy, great communication from Kathy, recommendation re pre purchasing food prior to arrival. Should have stayed longer but perfect for a one day trip on the Great Ocean Road

If you prefer walk distance from cafes and restaurants, this is not the place. However, the cottage and the views were is a spectacular apot!

The location could not be in a more beautiful spot. The views from the varandah were stunning! The most charming place that we have been! We loved it!
