Nothing, seriously nothing could be better.

The property is absolutely stunning, top quality finishings throughout the cabin makes for a luxury feel. The property is also in a great location, just down the road from the Bruny Island Cruises which is a must do (seriously rug up though...) The owners of the property touched base to ask if there was anything we needed and then again after we had vacated to ask if there was anything that could have been better. We have nothing but positive praise for our time on Bruny and we will be back again to stay. 👌👌

The bed is too soft, you will feel collapsed when you lie down, unable to provide proper spinal support, the spine and surrounding muscles will not be fully rested during sleep, and you will feel back pain when you wake up. And there are no curtains in the living room, when the sunshine is strong, u will feel burned haha.

I'm sorry, the mattress was uncomfortable, but all the linen, doonahs, pillows were the most amazing ever!

Sorry guys, I wrote a big feedback but the my phone went backwards. We loved the isolation, the ability to have autonomy and your respect for the environment and the onus on the guests to participate in that. Obviously, loved the cottage, the some, the wood, the facilities, the sound of the ocean, Loved the fire & fire wood. Loved being left alone

everything was perfect - just wished we could have stayed longer or forever….

we loved everything about the property- it’s location on Bruny Island, it’s presentation, facilities (log fire, large spa bath, sublime bed and bedding, coffee machine, and the list goes on…). the friendly visitors - including pademelons, bennet’s wallabies, fairy wrens.

we loved the property.

Adventure bay retreat was the perfect getaway to relax. The cottage itself is situated on a property in a quite centrally located area to everything you need, however the property offered ample amounts of privacy. The view from the bed as you look out the sliding glass doors is open paddock of wallaby’s, whilst also hearing the occasional crash of the waves from a distance. The stay was super relaxing, cozying up by the fire and relaxing in the spa. The cottage is fully equipped with washing machine, and cooking appliances.

We stayed at the Lodge and it was stunning. Perfect location to set up base, and explore Bruny Island. Everything was terrific, with nature all around, and the sound of the ocean lulling you to asleep. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond when needed.

After checked in, we found there were no shampoo, conditioner or tissues provided in the lodge. It would be good to know at least to bring them prior to arrival.

It's a spacious self contained lodge which is kept private from other lodges or cabins and just amongst the bush and the wild life. It's just beautiful to be in the middle of the nature and nothing else around it. It was nice to be greeted by Mr and Mrs Duck every morning 🦆

The furry cushion was a bit grubby( and thats being nit picking).

Wonderful cottage, clean and cozy with everything you need for a perfect getaway. Location is amazing with wildlife on you doorstep, enjoyed looking at wallabies hopping aroud. Highly recommended.

It’s hard to pick anything but a bigger ironing board would have been welcome. in the lair there is a long staircase down to the bedrooms which may present challenges for older people with mobility issues. Nothing that bothered us though - our stay was perfect.

Beautiful home with everything you could want for a pampered stay. Each bedroom had its own ensuite with bathtub which meant every guest had a lovely stay. great gourmet kitchen. the hot tub was relaxing. Lots of wildlife including albino wallabies.

Liked pretty much everything.

Very comfortable and homely residence. The wandering Wallabies and numerous bird life was a treat ! Very close to the local convenience store and beach.
