location was not ideal for if you have no car and want to be central cairns. If you have a car I would recommend this place!

Big bed, quiet place at night, they supply dishes if you need to cook simple meals and a refillable water jug in the fridge was used a lot more than anticipated.

The laundry room were abit far away the room 306 that a located at the main entrance. We could requested another nearby.

The location was great couldn't hear the traffic has much because of the room proof surrounding.

The guy at the reception could have been more polite.

The buildings looked old but very clean and well maintained.Beautiful gardens and lovely clean pool. The rooms were well equipped,clean and tidy and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant inside has closed. It would be awesome to see this open again.

Although this property is large, it felt like we had it all to ourselves. Rooms were sound proof so didn't hear anyone else. Facilities were well maintained. Staff were friendly, even assisting in recommendations for things to do.

Very cheap budget accommodation. Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. It is about 15 minutes by car to city central. Bus stop close by. Beautiful tropical garden. It can be noisy depending on your next-door neighbours. Will stay there again

Wear and tear of the curtains. Sink tap was loose. Rusty near the shower basin. That we charge for towels for swimming. If we ran out of toilet paper we had to pay, for soap etc .

According to the sign at the door, the office is not open on Saturday afternoon or on Sunday. Housekeeping was not daily.

The map we were given shows this as a large complex of eight buildings. Although parking was not specifically allocated, we had no difficulty parking near our door. The reception staff were very nice and helpful and the unit was good. It was easy to drive to a nearby shopping centre.

The people in room 310 were noisy and dragging chairs across the floor making noise we could here very loudly. The roomwall is not sound insulation.

The room is good. The price is good. The receptionist is good.

Shower needed a better clean, scum on the floor and walls, picky I know.

The price is the main reason for staying with you. Thought the price was a little more than I had expected not sur why, maybe the exchange rate.

The floors for some reason were very dirty - we had to wear thongs so our feet didn't get too dirty. On our fourth day there, the bathroom/toilet smelt of smoke - not sure how this happened but assumed it was sucked in from outside as there is no smoking within the rooms.

Everything required was within the room.....crockery, microwave, fridge, cutlery etc Aircon worked well. We requested a ground floor which was provided.

No microwave in executive suite and only two old plastic sun lounges and so much space to jazz that pool area up with some fake grass and eight more sun lounges. It’s a small pool but there is room for more than two sun lounges on the concrete area within the pool section - needs to be utilised further as there’s more than two people at the pool when we swim so can not sun bake :-(.

It’s not too far from the restaurants, and lagoon (for the price). The manager Venora is fantastic - she’s always welcoming and goes out of her way to assist with anything (old school service). All the female staff are great.

A bit isolated so you must have a car. The balcony floor was dusty/dirty. It's really a pity the way they fixed the TV against the wall because all the inputs (e.g. HDMI) behind it were totally unreachable. So forget about plugging your laptop on the TV to watch your own movies.

Great value for money, they have cheaper weekly rate (~60$ a night). Pool area is nice. There is a small wardrobe, fridge, iron, microwave (plates, glasses, cutlery & dishwashing soap provided), TV, soap & shampoo, balcony, many towels. You can do a laundry for 4$, small laundry powder packet sold at 1$. They have plenty of free car parking.
