Nothing. It was all good.

The staff were lovely. We had an issue with the air-conditioning not heating. They not only moved us to an upgraded room but they gave us a box of chocolates for the inconvenience. Great location, super clean and comfortable. We are planning our next trip to Busselton and will be staying here again.

Not the hotel's fault, just hoped this was stated in the description for us to reach out if arriving late. Luckily someone from the office passed by as we arrived late and there's usually no one at the check-in counter from 5pm onwards. The person who came by helped to open the locker where the key was placed. Appreciate the arrangement to have the key in the locker for collection and sending the note but mobile data was patchy and so we didn't see the note to look into the locker until we got in and got wifi.

Location is great. Hotel was responsive and acknowledged our request for a crib which was appreciated. The crib is really clean, room is clean too. Big enough a space for our children to run around. There was some milk in the fridge as well so our little ones enjoyed it. Good options of entertainment with youtube and netflix available. Great that there's a washing machine and dryer but the room closes at 9pm so we had a bit of an issue with the clothes not yet being fully dry. Appreciated the hotel making an exception for us to use a little longer past 9pm. The timing seems to be set in order to ensure less noise for people staying near the laundry room.

Above average motel which we used for one night. Comfortable beds. Good aircon.

The weather was extremely hot during our stay and we had to run the aircon all the time that we were in the room. If there was a ceiling fan we would have used that overnight and saved having the aircon running. Also the carpets could do with a bit of a clean.

The Motel is an older style facility however the rooms were adequate, with aircon, small fridge, microwave and comfortable beds. The bathroom has been retiled and new vanity which was nice. The location is very central in Busselton and a short walk to the beach. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Was what we expected from what we booked - so there was nothing we didn't like

Cost effective room with required features. Nice enough although older fitout. Staff were really responsive and flexible for us needing a room reconfiguration and having a late arrival.

The room was clean, a little on the old side, but very adequate for our needs. Great location, great little coffee shop so close by (walking distance). The whole property is very well maintained. You would think you would have road noise from the main road infront, but nothing. Perfect location

The unit was clean and tidy, better than we expected. There is a laundry in property. The staff were very friendly when we needed them. Parking right outside the room. Quieter than we expected (solid brick walls)

Some mornings were a little noisy...think the linen trolleys were located somewhere near us...was a bit of banging and clanging...but only minor and for very short durations.....luckily, we are early risers.

Close to everything. Very quaint rooms with minimum requirements needed for a short trip. Not sure how families survive as refrigerator facilities are small. The wine glass that I used was not washed but was put back into the cupboard. The glass was still wet and sticky. It only made me think if all rooms dishes were handled that way.

Shower was a little low for taller people.

Good location. Neat, clean room. Ideal for a few nights stay and we were able to book in a few days prior. Staff were very helpful. Great parking.
