The stairs there was no lift and we were put on the third floor we are in our seventies and we had to get our luggage up and down the stairs and we were constantly going up and down all day this is not a relaxing holiday. It was also very noisy.

Didnt like the only bathroom located in the bedroom. There were inconsistencies with kitchenware. 3 forks 1 plastic fork 1 teatowel no dishwashing liquid.

Dusty and unclean kitchen. We had to wash everything before use, including bench tops, plates, glassware and pots and pans. Very old apartment which could be updated. Bathroom was dirty with mold and cobwebs, but was usable. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for 4 nights, just because it was Christmas, but well located for where we needed to be.

The location was good for access to the beach and walking distance to the supermarket and pubs. The swimming pool was a pleasant feature and served its purpose when we had the grandchildren visit.

Old. Tired. Not really clean. Equipment in the apartments need a refresh (pedestal fan was rusty, vacuum cleaner died on me, kettle was also on the way out), kitchen was not well equipped. No tissues provided and no cleaning sponges to clean up, but we are expected to fully clean up before check out. No airconditioning in the bedroom. Maybe I'm spoilt?

Self contained apartments are always better than hotel style rooms. Pool with spa is fantastic. Location is good too, close to Burleigh but not too close.

How poor the communication was between myself and the owner. I asked on booking for a porta cot because my 1 year old won’t sleep anywhere else, got there and there was no cot. So emailed and they got back to me on my last day there saying it’s too late for a cot, was fuming. They never sent andy emails regarding a cot or I would have seen it. I don’t recommend this place for family or peope with a lot of luggage because it’s stairs and makes it hard lugging up your stuff. Not very clean overall the room, had a yucky smell about it all. Also there was a older lady that made herself known as “the local” and kept asking how long we staying and how many kids” just 100 questions I felt I shouldn’t have needed to answer

The atmosphere was lovely and cozy. Nice and cool from all the greenery, which was great because of how hot it was! Great view from top row beach side :)

Room was completely different to what was advertised. Kitchen and bathroom was very dated and in poor condition. There was mould in the shower. The room is right next to the Gold Coast highway and traffic noise was very bad - we had to go buy earplugs so we could sleep

Dirty Carpets, dirty cutlery and drawers, everything in the cupboards were unclean. The rug was so stained and filthy I rolled it up can’t believe it was in there. Cut off socks on the chairs. Worn and dated. No access to staff so no new towels. I called a number to report the issues I was advised to send a email which I did ,no response.

Apartments are a bit old and some sections are a bit dirty but it doesn’t bother me.

I have been staying in this property for a few times. The location is perfect right next to the beach. Pool is heated and really nice and the vibe is super cool too.

Condition of accom. Carpet filthy, oven should be thrown out, mould in bathroom, dust everywhere especially lamp in bedroom was coated in dust . Asthmatic sufferer and this made stay even more uncomfortable. Smell of apartment was atrocious on arrival
