Very comfortable and even better than the pictures online! The room was clean and cosy and the bed was so comfortable. We were even able to check out a bit later at no cost which was lovely.

Only suggestion is perhaps the outside lights could be on a sensor or turn off after 9.30pm to enjoy a darker night. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Just on the edge of town with a rural feel. We loved the big yard out the front with pool and bbq- we would like to return in summer with friends. Big comfortable room with fully equipped kitchen. 2.5km to the centre of town via a pleasant rural walk.

The only negative was there were cobwebs above the shower and exhaust fans were filthy. could do with a thorough clean throughout

The size of the room, the position of an open environment complete with outdoor setting and magpies🥰 very quiet with the most comfortable big bed and everything needed all there. Only an overnight stay, perfect for our needs.

Outdoor of this accomadation is fabulous for family. They have children play area, tennis court and swimming pool which will accomadate your whole family.

For me, the large fridge was a little noisy.

Location a short drive out of town, quiet location just off the road to Mt Buller. Short walk, less than 5 minutes to the Bulla Road Brewery. No problems with Car parking or entering or leaving property. Room was nice an large, no space issues, not even with my push bike. Air Conditioner worked very well and quiet. Room even had bunk beds and a rollout third bed, ideal if you have kids. Nice large comfortable bed, with multiple pillows to choose from.

outdoor settings need to be regularly washed to remove bird poo and cobwebs/spiders and dust Screen door is needed on back door Window fly wire had holes outdoors and window sills all very cobwebby as was inside the heater

Unit had full kitchen with oven and full size fridge , heaps of cooking pots pans and casserole/salad bowl, tupperware etc cheese board, salt n pepper set, coffee machine. No laundry as such but trough in the large bathroom for washing. Plenty of living space to spread out in with huge TV front verandah seating and back court yard seating

Nothing really, I couldn’t work out how to turn the exhaust fan off in the bathroom which was an annoying sound but it didn’t affect my stay, and potentially was a user issue 😂 not a property issue

The room was stunning! such a gorgeous size, full kitchen! bed was super comfy. I took so many pictures of it, I live in a unit of similar size and I genuinely want to turn my unit into the exact one I stayed in, I loved it!

Bathroom a bit dated as I care bathroom the most usually. But for this price it’s expected so not a complaint.

Location and the owner is really friendly! bed comfortable. Layout is great. TV big with Netflix. Electric blanket works well. Size generous. Outdoor area looks great but it’s winter now and we just stay for one night thus did not use outdoor facilities.
