The tap in the bathroom sink was positioned at an awkward angle which made it a little challenging to wash and rinse. Also, there was no door separating the shower area from the rest of the bathroom, resulting in a very wet floor after bathing. But these were small flaws that didnt detract from the overall wonderful experience we had here.

Due to some issues with the hotel's booking system, our original room was not available and we got a free upgrade to a room with an ocean view. The initial delay in checking in turned out to be a blessing in disguise, for the view was absolutely gorgeous and afforded us a great view of the beautiful sunrise at Batemans Bay. The room was also spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, and we greatly enjoyed our stay.

As advertised on the tin - centrally located, waterviews and waterfront. Walking distance to all the Batemans Bay shops and cafes. Great advice from staff on where to go and where to eat. Off street parking too was a bonus,

the gorgeous front office lady is so kind. we are flattered by upgrading to the penthouse. it is very beautiful and stylish. we love every small touch of the room decor. the kitchen and bathroom style is very good. the balcony view is unbeatable. will definitely come back one day.

The fan in the bathroom is a bit loud for my liking and maybe a microwave would have been good to have. Otherwise perfect.

We stayed 2 nights and got upgraded to a room with a view for my partner's birthday. It was so lovely watching the sunrise from the bedroom against silhouetted sail boats. The room itself is extremely spacious with luxurious body products. The bed itself could have fit 5 of us as we are petite Asians. Everything is close by and you can just walk to the shops along the esplanade. Although the accommodation is situated near the main road, we hardly heard anything. That and we were watching Netflix most nights. There were 2 bikes (they look huge but they were able to be adjustable to us) available to ride which we rode to the oyster shed. Felt like we really escaped city life and entered a sanctuary. Thank you again for having us stop

,This was a beautiful room in the perfect position. I arrived with an error in my booking (from my end) which was sorted so smoothly and quickly it was incredible. I stayed in room 1 which was very spacious and peaceful and looked directly onto the promenade. Bed was massive and comfortable,the room was clean and Deb on Recep was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again

once entry the room, the "warmer' came to my face and heart.... they have already switched on heat.... so appreciated from outside colder weather after long journey from Melbourne.... Thank you very much! we did not met any of staffs there since we came later and checked out early, but there is always someone caring, well organized, maintained,managed, so great ! must back again when summer coming.

The property owner/reception lady Alison was the best. She helped us with 3 Hrs early check-in and 3 Hrs late check-out. Nowhere I have seen that happening. Staffs were very friendly & the room was neatly cleaned and arranged. Best food options nearby and just 10 steps away from the beach front made it more awesomatic.

Would appreciate more usable amenities if I were to stay longer. example a tall boy in bedrooms as the wardrobes do not have any cube storage, the laundry is tricky to use as it doesn’t open up completely hard to pour detergent into washer or sink door wouldn’t open I tried to wash my kids shoes after muddy visit to zoo, I couldn’t.
