Noisy patrons

Convenient location. Walking distance to shops etc. last night was loud- other patrons quite noisy.. I book here every year for Calisthenics commitment but feel facilities need more love. How do I get to stay in Luxury Suites as advertised????

The bed was large but didn’t have independent springs. Whenever my husband moved he woke me up. The reception smelt old and dank.

Although there was parking available for each room, some of the parks were quite small so difficult to get in to if you have a larger car, but the staff were very accommodating and allowed guests with larger cars to park in spaces for vacant rooms.

Great location, we were able to walk to restaurants and only a short drive to supermarkets. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The outside garden area was a put off when driving in. Weeds abounded and it was visually disappointing. Everything else was fine but someone driving by would be put off by the exterior appearance.

Courteous owner (manager) facilities were clean and well maintained.

It would be very helpful if some plates, bowls and cutlery were also provided to be able to make use of the microwave and toaster. We had to make do with takeaway dishes to eat our breakfast. All we had were cups with saucers and teaspoons. Nothing to cook with in the microwave. And no dish washing-up soap or tea towels so we couldn't wash up. Also the face cloths in the bathroom were microfiber cloths which aren't really suitable or pleasant to use as a face cloth. A very minor quibble but hopefully helpful feedback.

Handy location near to shops with parking on-site. Generous sized room with spacious bathroom facilities. Very comfortable bed. Convenient kitchenette facilities including electric kettle, microwave and toaster.

Carpark was very tight and it's very difficult when there's a car coming one way and one going the other way.

My husband was booked to have heart surgery at Ballarat Base Hospital on the Friday so the Motel was perfectly placed for accessibility . The motel was very clean and we had everything we needed. The Managers were very helpful and no request was a bother for them .They were both very friendly .

The car park spot we had was very narrow with the poles to get into. Not all car spaces were like this, but number four was tight with our big car.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The motel was central to shops and eateries. It was quiet and was a great space for our family of three.

Shower is over bath, so not my favourite thing but of course this is an extremely expensive thing to change. Exterior of property is grubby and a little tired and would benefit from some TLC.

King bed was quite comfortable. Generous size room with small table and chairs. Clean room with lovely quality large towels.
