Location is right near the road not good for me at all I did not get alot of sleep at all and their were marks on the sheets and I don't like that at all and I was hearing people walking pass my room late at night as well the floors are all wood and in the bedroom as well

The inside air was stale. the room was exceptionally basic. No eating utensils. A fan but no air conditioning. the walls were thin, so much so you could hear what was going on next door. I didn’t feel secure either.

We both were comfortable and we did not have any dislikes. .We needed reasonably priced, clean and comfortable accommodation for one night and you fulfilled that for us. thank you

Breakfast was very welcome. We were very pleased the club was just a walk up the street and again the food was good. I would have appreciated another large pillow rather than the cushion. The staff were very welcoming and happy people.

No bath mat in shower room. Stayed here before so I’ve learned to bring a towel to lay on the shower floor as I do not like walking barefooted on tile floors.

Dirty towel on floor of the shower, there was dust, cobwebs on wall and ceiling skirts and the left leg at the end of the bed was almost detached and nail a were exposed. Would not recommend.

Extremely comfortable bed and very friendly staff. The building also has plenty of character and is very close to great Chinese restaurants on Burwood Rd.

Breakfast was not supplied. All I was given was an apple and a chocolate. Lucky I had a quick serve porridge which only needed to be made up with hot water.

Tiny room more like a prison cell than b&b. Private bathroom was a toilet and a shower in the cupboard which had a 40-50cm step to get up into. We were on top floor with very steep steps and one of us had bad knee (no lift!) Fridge and microwave were in a tiny cupboard and had to plug them in ourselves. Advertised foxtel but we didn't have it on our TV. Was told on arrival breakfast was between 7-9 so went down at 8am but no staff to be found and breakfast room was locked so we didn't even get breakfast with our prison cell. Absolute rip off and would have been better off sleeping in the car

Hi there I’m ready i’m ready write down in our notes when I do our reservation I have to arrive at hotel 11:30 and this not any people send us to explain me the check in time maximum at 9 PM for this reason I’m arrive to the hotel by taxi and I didn’t found anybody there in any case. Found the rooms to have a very unpleasant odour which made me feel very nauseous. Also provided notice I will be leaving early and asked for a refund for 1 day as I did not require it. Would not refund blaming booking.com

on arrival the windows were open with no fly screens so we had flies and mozzies in the room. when we asked for fly spray they only had a little bit. The blankets were only half blankets and didn’t cover the bed. we were also told there was a kettle in the room but there was not. Really disappointed with the breakfast offered. we had the option of toast with a few mandarins and only butter and jam or sultana brand, all fiber or weetbix cereal. 1 type of milk, no idea what type it was. and a bowl of chocolates.

the room was very roomy. beds were comfortable. air conditioning worked well bar fridge and microwave but no kettle. nice and close to the train station. staff friendly
