The dishwasher didn’t work and there was a dead cockroach in the wardrobe. Fan in main bedroom is very clunky

It was well equipped and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the park is fun.

Did not provide bath mat, hand towel or hand soap. Only one set of toiletries, so the small body wash tube was not going to last the weekend with a family washing their hands regularly.

Beautiful surroundings. Our cabin had heaps of room. Pool, tennis court, etc are in good condition. Cafe outside entrance was fantastic.

1- Staff upon checking in. I myself work at a hotel, a smile goes a long way in customer service. Even just some friendly conversation to make it not so hostile and awkward. Please work on this to make the guests exprience better, first impressions really count. 2- This is the second time I have stayed in the delux safari tent (first time about 3 years ago), stayed in the exact same tent and the outside area looks like it has not been cleaned once! Didn't feel comfortable sitting outside on the couch as there was green stuff/mould on FABRIC sofa. Not suitable for outdoor use at all when exposed to the elements, please consider some different alternatives :))

Amazing value for money, park amenities and facilities clean and well kept. Loved all the nature and wildlife surrounding. Quick check in process. BBQs are super easy to use! This is my second time staying in the deluxe safari tent and will be staying there again in the future!

Lack of any WIFI connection. Slow security sliding entry gate.

The bed wasn't very comfy and the shower was so small and narrow, it wasn't the most comfortable experience.

The house in which we stayed is not entirely private...it had two different studios, so depending on your luck you could have a noisy neighbor sharing the house with you. Luckily, it was not the case for us. The mattress is a bit too soft.

Very pleasant stay. Room well equiped, view on the lake superb. Would come back to enjoy also all the activities in the park, as we did not have enough time this time.

The bbq on our porch was broken, gas was connected but it wouldn't start. Only other cooking in our room was a microwave. Check in was difficult because all the outside parking was consistently full, I assume for the Cafe. Council has no stopping zones along the outside road - making it very difficult!

Safari tent was a great size for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the swimming pool and water park. The facilities were well maintained and enjoyable to use. Aircon in the room already turned on for us was amazing - thank you

The economy cabin was old and shabby, although efforts had been made to cover over scuffs etc. but everything worked and missing kitchen tools were replaced promptly on request.

It was clean, very comfortable bed, good standard towels and linens with beds made up. Good shower with complimentary products and other welcoming touches.

It said we had wifi although it didn't work in our villa, and we also had no reception.

The floor was dirty and the door of the bathroom was broken when we arrived although they fixed it later. Woman at the front desk at reception was not nice.
