Great park with superb facilities to entertain everyone - various little lakes, a creek to walk along or sit next to, swimming pools, water parks, an entertainment area and only a short drive to Byron Bay and the walk from Wattogo Beach to the Lighthouse. Cabins good with the ability to separate the two sleeping areas with doors from one another. A good size cabin for a family with one or two children.

The bunk beds top beds weren't made. The deck light wasn't working and wasn't fixed after we informed staff about it. The bedroom that has no fan or aircon would be pretty hot if the weather was warmer.

Property had everything we needed and was confortable. Swimming pool, water park and jumping pillow were a hit with the kids. Beautiful spot under trees, full of wild life.

The showers need a re-do, the seals are dark.

The place is close to Byron bay but you have to use a car. Lots of facilities, pools etc. Calm and beautiful place.

The bedsheets could be cleaner. Poor Wifi connection - please consider if you have to work remotely. Otherwise it met our expectations:)

The facilities at the property are great. You have everything you need, BBQ area, tennis court, swimming pool. Very safe!There is a beautiful cafe outside the property, where you can get a nice healthy brekky. We will definitely stay there again:)

The economy unit we were in was small, in need of tlc/refurb and with nowhere to hang clothes. The bed was also small, in a corner and against a wall which meant climbing over my partner to get in or out of bed and banging into the wall when turning over at night.

The dishwasher didn’t work and there was a dead cockroach in the wardrobe. Fan in main bedroom is very clunky

It was well equipped and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the park is fun.

Did not provide bath mat, hand towel or hand soap. Only one set of toiletries, so the small body wash tube was not going to last the weekend with a family washing their hands regularly.

Beautiful surroundings. Our cabin had heaps of room. Pool, tennis court, etc are in good condition. Cafe outside entrance was fantastic.

1- Staff upon checking in. I myself work at a hotel, a smile goes a long way in customer service. Even just some friendly conversation to make it not so hostile and awkward. Please work on this to make the guests exprience better, first impressions really count. 2- This is the second time I have stayed in the delux safari tent (first time about 3 years ago), stayed in the exact same tent and the outside area looks like it has not been cleaned once! Didn't feel comfortable sitting outside on the couch as there was green stuff/mould on FABRIC sofa. Not suitable for outdoor use at all when exposed to the elements, please consider some different alternatives :))

Amazing value for money, park amenities and facilities clean and well kept. Loved all the nature and wildlife surrounding. Quick check in process. BBQs are super easy to use! This is my second time staying in the deluxe safari tent and will be staying there again in the future!

The house in which we stayed is not entirely private...it had two different studios, so depending on your luck you could have a noisy neighbor sharing the house with you. Luckily, it was not the case for us. The mattress is a bit too soft.

Very pleasant stay. Room well equiped, view on the lake superb. Would come back to enjoy also all the activities in the park, as we did not have enough time this time.

The bbq on our porch was broken, gas was connected but it wouldn't start. Only other cooking in our room was a microwave. Check in was difficult because all the outside parking was consistently full, I assume for the Cafe. Council has no stopping zones along the outside road - making it very difficult!

Safari tent was a great size for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the swimming pool and water park. The facilities were well maintained and enjoyable to use. Aircon in the room already turned on for us was amazing - thank you
