Limited parking around near back rooms and shower overflowed onto bathroom floor. Very minor details. Didn’t hinder the stay.

Our shower was not good, not enough pressure, it was terrible to wash hair after activities in water. The fire alarm activated during the night, I called the reception and they said it is normal to happen... Very weird, but the staff was friendly.

The place is beautiful, with a lot of nature. I felt a good vibe for families, even though I was with friends. The breakfast we had (waffles) was good, great portion for value and delicious. And the parking lot has a lot of space, very good.

Tiny room.

Need transportation to get to food or to get to any activities. Looks like a fantastic place for kids or just to chill. Great looking pool. Had kids movies on their little poolside beach at night. Poolside restaurant/Bar looks like fun. We were just there for an overnight before cruise so didn't get much use from facilities. Room clean. Bed comfortable.

Location was a little far of the downtown.

The variety of restaurants/cafe inside the resort. The room was big and the pool we used was cute. Staff was very welcoming. The reception open all day was practical.

You need a couple of hooks in shower/ bathroom to hang bathers. First night no sleep loud neighbours with joining room and then alarm went off at 4am to evacuate the building causing stress. After moving room it was super quiet and great.

Simple great food. Staff were next level lovely. Helped me with surprise set up for folks room that made for a great family trip.

I saw a rat run through the bar /swimming area. Understandable they are everywhere. Parking is a little difficult.

I stayed two nights and had restless sleep both nights. There was always someone walking or talking at silly hours of the night going past my room. Tuesday night was particularly bad with someone laughing very loudly and sounded like a small party happe. It went till 930pm. Did not feel safe and probably won't come back to stay.

Room was super clean and comfortable. Cafe and mama's had amazing food.

Location is not the best, not so many things around but if you rent a car you can manage easily.

Staff was really friendly, room was clean and comfy. Pools are looking good but we didn't use them (i was ill during the holiday)

The WiFi was very strange, and does not work very well. I had to connect my devices near the reception, then it would also work in my room, but I had to walk to the reception for every device. Also, multiple laundry machines were dirty (due to previous guests abusing it), but nobody came to clean it at least throughout the day, so it limited the available machines.

It is a fun place with multiple pools, friendly staff, and most amenities available on site.

Strong chlorine in pools. Need more pasta options in Pizza/Pasta restaurant.

House keeping, disturbed us early in the morning while we were still checked in, when checkout time was 10am. Abit annoying, made us feel like we had to checkout early, despite checking in late at night the day before from a late flight with my kids.

Comfortable , and the resort has everything you need in one place. Love it, always have come here.

Rooms had a feel of old motel ie shape and size. Very clean. Bathroom was great with shower spotless and no water leaks. Getting a park could be a little problematic at times

Great facilities. 3 pools and lots of common areas. There are 3 restaurants on site albeit not all operational during our stay. We enjoyed the poolside restaurant and bar area. Nice place to relax. Staff very helpful.
