Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The apartments have an older appearnce from outside. 1970s yellow brick. However, the inside common areas have been renovated, I'd say in the last decade and the room I was in even more recently. The bed was comfortable and the whole room very clean and well appointed. Short walk to cafes and restaurants.

AustraliaThe bed was very soft which isn't to our liking. I wouldn't describe it as an apartment -it was a small hotel room. No table to sit at in the room. there was some seating in a lobby area but it was quite dark.
The room was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Parking area fills quickly so get there early if you can. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants in Lonsdale Street.

AustraliaThe shower needs more detailed cleaning. Apart from the shower recess needing detailed cleaning the room was clean, comfortable and neat. As there is the facility to prepare a light meal or heat takeaway it would be nice to have a small table in the room to sit and eat or drink coffee. Not sure what the bench was near the Television Stand.
The location of the room was very good as it was quiet. The bed was comfortable but soft. The kitchen facilities were good as I could make coffee and prepare a small meal.,
