The tv cant you just let me use a normal t.v without having to install a app which i had issues using and dont want to be charged after. Your deposit for hotel a bit to long to wait to get my deposit back other hotels dont take that long.

Great location close to everything even breakfast outside the hotel only a step away. Great restaurant at the basement which staff member mentioned. Hotel room was clean and comfortable beds. Staff where nice and helpful..

The location was great in the CBD centre, very convenient access to anywhere. Thankfully our room was still quiet. The room size was good and equipped with microwave. Everything was very clean. The room I stayed in has a bathtub as well.

Dim lighting in the rooms - difficult for those with less than perfect eyesight - did cause a couple of difficulties. Coupled with the dark staining of wood fixtures and the above-shoulder height of the microwave, we did have a few spills and close calls with hot beverages, which was less than ideal.

You cannot fault the location, the cleanliness, the diligent daily service or the friendliness of the staff.

Our door lock didn't work on the first night, so we had to keep going back to get them to help. Eventually they completely replaced the lock so we wouldn't get locked out overnight.

The beds were comfortable, the location excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed pillows were too tall & there was no choice, only one variety to choose from. The check in process was clunky. They didn't like that we paid cash & didn't have change so give us 20 cent pieces!

The location is excellent which is why we keep coming back. The price is very reasonable for a city hotel. The bed was comfy.

Quite small rooms. Nowhere to just hang out or relax outside of your room

The hotel is right in the middle of the action. Bonus steam room for those tired muscles.

Bathtub was a bit awkward, and the tap didn't work which made filling the tub an issue, and while there was a bar fridge and a microwave, no plates, bowls or cutlery was provided, only coffee mugs, which was a bit annoying.

Great size room, separate bed and living spaces meant it was very practical for business, being able to work in a separate space than where I was sleeping.

A bit of general feedback - The bathroom could use a few mod-cons, such as a magnifying mirror and brighter lighting for make-up application, the shower needed a little mould removal attention due to poor ventilation. Generally the lighting was a bit dull making the room dark. The air-con was effective, but the control a bit confusing and required maintenance to set it back to an appropriate temperature. A hotel focused on corporate clientele, a little bit of accessories (attention to detail) could make this hotel even better.

Great location, about 5 minutes easy walk to Bourke St mall and Flinders Station. All staff were friendly, the hotel has a corporate feel to it, so lacks a little warmth and intimacy however suited our needs. Plenty of cafes for the morning coffee hit in the alleyway right downstairs, nice restaurants in the hotel precinct, making it easier than having to always venture into the CBD, and the macarons across the street a must (Le Yeahllow - Cake Shop). Definitely recommend sourcing and booking a table at the places of interest to ensure little wait time or inconvenience. Overall a good spot, close to everything, the bed and pillows were soft and it was clean and neat. On-street metered parking ($7 per hour) and overnight Wilson Parking reasonable with hotel ticket validation. Would stay again, although not when the Grand Prix is in, ridiculous price for 4 nights $2360 AUD) - price gauging.

At first glance, the room / bathroom was unexpectedly small, but being out all day exploring Melbourne, it didn’t really cause an issue. The hotel was quite outdated, but overall suited our needs for a four night stay.

Great location, easy walk anywhere, easy check in/out process. Received 10% discount voucher for Blahnik Cafe in the laneway, which produced a great breakfast.

Restaurant and room service was a choice of Asian food only. You have to request the mini bar and the terrible plug for the spa added an element of frustration to the night.
