I think that the beds need to be more comfortable and the carpenter needs to be changed not the right texture on your feet and ripped armchair needs to be repace. Also I notice there was not Netflix on tvĵ. Also no courtesy water or mini bar no drinks.

Room service options after 9pm would be good for late travellers. I thought the room was overpriced with parking and breakfast extra.

My bedside lamp was not plugged in and was hard for me to get down on the floor to reach the socket to plug it in. The bathroom shower recess had sand on the floor and the tiled floor in the bathroom looked like it could use a good scrub, was clean, just didn't look it.

Bed and pillow super comfortable. Room a great size, loved all the bench space. Coffee pods etc very nice to have in the morning before heading out to breakfast. Reception staff friendly, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast service on level 3 was also very efficient and friendly.

I booked specifically a King bed and expected a King Mattress in the room as described in Booking.com. Expected that to be provided, but was given two single beds placed together, which had the mattress moving away from each other. Was not expecting that from a four-star hotel. Better organizing and service is expected from the hotel as it is pre-booking a month ago! Hotel should have respected the booking and prepared the room as promised online. Guests coming for a holiday don't want chasing hotel staff to get what they booked when complete booking information is available prior hand. That I felt was disrespectful as it came from a four-star Hotel.

Location and facilities in the hotel. Proximity to the beach, light house, and variety of dining and cafes around. Aldi and woolies too are near the hotel! those who want a mid-nite bite has options in the hotel itself, or a 24 hour Maccas nearby.

the dinner & breakfast were too pricey. it could've been better give us a breakast as complimentary rather than charge us extra in continental.

I stayed in room 921. the room was clean & very comfortable to stay. The housekeeping did really well to clean our room.

Didn't have extra blankets/ missing and no food or extras in fridge ie drinks, water, snacks. Have to go down stairs to collect. No Sink or drinking machine for water have to go in bathroom to get water which I find unhealthy. No bath ropes or courtesy warm shoes that most hotels have. Ringing to restaurant down stairs slow to answer calls for reservations on level 1. Didn't even answer, called couple of times.

Close to beach and amenities. Clean room with good space.front line reservations staff friendly and helpful.

A few stains here and there, (linen was clean and fresh though) and the water pressure left something to be desired

Ruby upgraded us free of charge as there were extra vacancies. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the view was great!

The reception staff were just lovely & so helpful. The restaurant attached had sensational food. The only disappointment was that the restaurant didn't have room service until after 4pm.

They don't have water for rooms as per normal expectations, we had to grab warer at the shops and parking is tricky as few sports available and the hotel charges for under cover parking
