The bar and restaurant areas are tired and could do with a Reno too. It would have been nice to see the open fire lit for happy hour and evening.

The fact that the kitchen area where you entered wasn’t particularly inviting and no heating in that area it was freezing . The bedroom had an air conditioning unit , but it didn’t work very well so left it on continuously to keep room warm, they need to put one in kitchen area which was a separate room . Also no toaster as it was a kitchenette very limited equipment . Everything was clean and new but these things made our stay less than perfect .

Near to golf club and quiet Room had just been renovated so was all new and shiny .

Could have more to offer younger families, but I get that it might not fit the overall vibe. We can go to a Big4 if needing that. 1 rude staff, but I understand the situation, just could have been handled better in my opinion.

Apartments are brand new, very well equipped and lovely decor. Staff put on an Easter Egg Hunt for guests, was a lovely gesture for the kids.

There seems to have been a problem with flies in the property. My friend has a serious aversion to them, so struggled to settle at night.

Breakfast had a good choice. All hot and tasty. Dinner was absolutely delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back.

the setting was beautiful and peaceful. we loved watching the ducks each morning while having breakfast. the rooms were excellent.

We had trouble with the wifi on the tv while we were there, had to end up hot spotting the tv so it would work, the air conditioner/ Heater made a funny clicking noise everytime it was on very hard to hear tv over it but apart from that we really enjoyed our stay :)

The place was very welcoming and felt right at home, friendly staff and really clean and spacious rooms felt very cosy and neat :)

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the best! The buffet provided both hot breakfast and continental options and I really appreciated the chance to have a relaxed breakfast overlooking the golf course before heading off for the day.

Other room door very noisy when closing. The foyer really echos which was disturbing. Also if the main door was able to stay open while unpacking that would be a bonus.

Room was lovely, Bed so comfortable. Very clean and obviously quite new. Car park was right out the front of the rooms which was good. Air con very quiet.

I stayed in one of the apartments this time and the only issue I had was the mini fridge kept on clicking on and off during the night and woke me a few times.

I've stayed here a few times now and its always lovely and in a great location.

The first day breakfast was very busy and we had to wait for a table and the food took a while to come out but when it did it was great

You could tell this room had been newly refurbished and seemed slightly bare given the size.

When ordering room service the restaurant staff were quite short with me when the room menu was an old one. then seemed an effort to rectify it and we’re rude. they did bring a new menu but made it seem my fault and an effort for them

You could have supplied bigger bins in the kitchen area. Some more cutlery and sharp knives would have been useful, plus a good BBQ utensil would have been great. We eventually found the broom behind the ironing board but to have that more accessible able would have been better.

Room was great, tidy and comfortable. Bed was also comfortable and the rooms clean. Kitchen facilities were great as well as the washing machine and dryer. Having front and back access to the accommodation was a real bonus.

There could have been a bigger bin in the kitchen, and better quality cutlery and serving utensils. A big one would have been a decent sharp carving knife and a BBQ spatula that could help clean the BBQ. We needed a dish rack and the dinner plates didn't fit into the dishwasher being too tall.

The room was comfortable and very accessible from both the front and back which was a real bonus. It was great to have cooking facilities and was a great space to gather as a family group in the living area. Another bonus was having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment.
