Taps not secured in spa, fell off onto my foot. Spike rail that secures carpet down at entry to bathroom, where carpet meets tiles, spiked my foot and made me bleed in several little holes in my foot. Bath gel pump bottle squirted soap in every direction getting my eye. TV had no digital channels or streaming service, like being in 1990s. Outside wind blocker was dusty and banged up, unattractive feature really.

Staff were friendly Bed was clean and comfortable Location was central to most things and cost was appropriate for decor and room size. I had a relaxing spa in the privacy of my room watching the footy and sipping Contreau.😌

The TV is outdated, and we could not watch Netflix or any other streaming apps. Some of the channels on free to air to ages to load and the screen was black. We, as very busy parents of 3 small children, were looking forward to a night in watching movies and relaxing. So were very disappointed that we couldn't watch a movie together. The shower recess has visible mold within the silicon of the shower recess. The most important thing to us using motels/hotels is cleanliness. One of my children is actually allergic to all molds so this is a massive issue for me. Due to these issues, It would be very unlikely we would stay again.

Size of the apartment, location, balcony, complimentary slippers. Reception staff member was lovely and accommodating.

The location was perfect to explore Adelaide fringe shows as it was a short walk to the gardens, the room was spacious and clean!

Bathroom shower didn’t have a door and the water sprays out all over floor nothing really to prevent it n no bath floor mat to step into we used the hand towel to use instead and it got soaked from the water spraying out needs a small barrier inbetween shower and bathroom or a door to prevent whole bathroom getting soaked

Great roomy, well equipped room, loved the balcony, but the bathroom too pokey...impossible to keep dry. And the main door...almost impossible to open. I had to use my shoulder! Easy street parking.

Pool wasn’t open until 11am (check out time) on the Sunday. Bathroom had missing tiles, toothpaste marks on the wall. The bond was taken out and still is pending. Was advised it may take 7 business days to be returned even though no expenses were incurred. Great customer service on check in Room was spacious and bed was comfy

The staff were very friendly/helpful Pool was clean and had a good view Room was good but a little small especially in the bathroom which needed a shower curtain as the floor was flooded and there was no where to keep your soap and shampoo etc in the shower. On the blanket on the bed there were a few stains as well. Overall was a good stay

The shower over the bath was not good, the side was too high, i almost slipped to get out. The sign in the bathroom asked us to conserve water, Please consider spending the money to remove the bath and put in a walk in shower. The water pressure was not good at all either, the rain shower head makes it worse. Need a smaller shower head.

The shower firring leaked, was loose and was not a great shower. The silly glass design meant the towels got wet and it was not sealed against the wall. Annd the bed was pretty ordinary comfort wise. The rest was fine.

Check in was long winded, reception was having a bad day. Directions to parking were very vague, ended up driving around the block when parking was across the street. For everyone else’s benefit, Wilson’s Parking is under the Christian Brothers College on the same street of the hotel- Flinders St, not down the end of the street opposite the nets which is what we were told. Bed is very hard.

Good location, close to the city. Room was nicely laid out, had stocked mini bar, clean & well appointed.
