Cafe was not open despite what Google and hotel website indicated. Many people staying that night and a few as well from outside the hotel turned up to go to the cafe for breakfast but it never opened. It was during the xmas break but a simple sign on the cafe door could have made it clear they were not opening.

Location is great, room was clean and tidy and had nice view out of the balcony. Always nice place to stay just a short drive from Montville on the main road. Pool area is nice and we did have a swim. 2nd time we have stayed here.

Greeted by friendly staff. Rooms were neat and comfortable. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Kids happy with Netflix and WiFi. I loved the gardens and location.

As we checked in online, we didn't see any staff members, Cleaning pool area and spider webs on the upstairs balcony needed a bit of attention , noisy upstairs person in the early hours of the morning

Doors didn’t have fly-screen so when doors are open for a breeze and cooking, bugs and mozzies get in. Bathroom floor may need a clean with soap residue marks visible on dark coloured tiles.

The views were wonderful and the pool was set up well. Complimentary Netflix was fantastic. Location was amazing away from busyness but still a close drive to the shops. Lovely breeze in summer through apartment when doors are open. Contactless check in and check out made staying easy.

One room we booked seemed to have sand on the floor inside the room like it hadn’t been cleaned. The other room was clean. Wifi connection and phone service both very poor.

Good location 5 minutes drive in either direction to Montville or Maleny Cheese Factory. Beautiful rooms that were modern and comfortable. Amazing view from the top floor where we stayed. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool area due to poor weather but the facilities appeared lovely!

The cottage needed an extra wipe over. Having a little one crawling around, we're more aware of dust, cobwebs etc.

Would be better if the reception desk was staffed for longer hours. Coffee was only available if you could catch a staff member.

The rooms are very spacious. The free Netflix set up on the TV. Good airconditioning. The pool was fantastic as well.

Is was disappointing that the restaurant and bar area are only being utilised for a buffet breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The room could have done with insect spray as the cottages are surrounded by fauna and we did experience quite a few big huntsman spiders in the room. Along the lines of cleaning facilities provided was a sachet of dishwashing detergent and a chux cloth and a couple or tea towels. This is a self contained cottage and dining out options for dinner were very limited in Monteville so a dishwashing scourer would have been a good addition, along with a broom and dust pan and brush. We stayed for 3 nights and the cottage was not cleaned or made up daily therefore to sweep would have been great. A clothes rack for the balcony would also be a great idea to dry pool towels and wet clothing from swimming.

We stayed in one of the cottages which were away from the main hotel which was lovely and quiet as the hotel is right on the main road. Clean and tidy and well presented.

They only provided 2 towels for 3 guests. The cafe is not open/breakfast not available on weekdays

The studio with kitchenette was very spacious and well equipped. The pool was lovely. The venue felt quite luxurious for a very reasonable price. It’s in a great location just a few minutes drive from Montville. A nice breakfast included but only on weekends.
