If I had to say anything bad it would be the bed size it's a double so a little small for partner

Was in unit 11 tucked away in the corner very private would love to stay again in that unit .All contactless arrival and departure great communication via text. Room very spacious has everything you need. Was a little cool for the pool but used the spa nice and relaxing. Beach is short walk down the street. Bowling club,Cafe and pub just around the corner all within 5 mins walk.

Nothing. I had some initial teething probs with the air con, but sorted it.

Loved the large open-plan style of the apartment. Great fully fitted out Kitchen for cooking (if you so desire) and a washing machine (if you really have to). Great shower pressure. Wonderful comfy bed. Excellent outlook from my frint door/patio area of the pool and bbq! Location great for getting out & about also.

No complaints and the property fit the description supplied when booking. Covered parking was also a welcome addition. The property was well maintained and clean.

We have nothing bad to say about the property. My poor back suffered a little on the mattress we slept on but this isn’t a total reflection of the property. The only suggestion we have is to add a lamp to the apartments living area.

The property is well located in the popular Park Beach suburb. We had no trouble finding our way around the property as everything is so we’ll set out. The pool area was well appointed and tidy. We barely heard any of the other guests even when the pool area was being used.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Everything in the hotel was so lovely, excellent location. Really close to the beach and excellent playground for the kids. Owner was also very kind to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom for free.

Main bed mattress a bit too firm but softer option single bed.

Smooth check in/ out. Undercover parking. Quiet after dark. Everything you need. Clean. Private. If you are into pools it was lovely, spa, shallow section.

My only recommendation would be to add a curtain of some sort to the room door for Unit 11, as it gets very bright in the mornings and the frosting doesn't completely filter it out (for those who may want less light to wake up to). We were able to close the blinds on the windows so that was OK.

I couldn't rate this property highly enough! Excellent location in a quiet street immediately off the main street next to Park Beach, great for stretching the legs on a walk along the sand (or walking path on the street) or a swim in the flags, or surfing. Also short drive to Jetty Beach for local cafes & restaurants as well as supermarket and access to the Marina Walkway leading to Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve. Our room had a nice little outdoor uncovered porch to sit on for eating alfresco, and was immediately outside the pool which I gratefully had a morning dip in the day after we arrived, it also included an uncovered spa and covered jacuzzi as well as BBQ area we made use of for dinner one night. The room itself was considerably more spacious than I was expecting, and super comfortable with all the basics I needed in the studio kitchen, and a sizeable bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, complete with AC and ceiling fan.

Just a bit of noise from the early risers of a morning, however that's more about how lovely and quiet the apartments are and that I'm a light sleeper - I could imagine this being more of an issue during peak times with kids running around everywhere. I also couldn't quite get comfortable on the bed but I'm pretty sure that was a personal thing too.

Despite many trips to Coffs, this was our first stay in the Park Beach precinct. For the type of longer stay accommodation associated with that part of town, I thought these apartments presented as among the best. They're appointed well, very clean and the undercover parking was a bonus. The pool area looked great (even though we didn't get to use it) and it was very handy to the beach, the local pub and a great cafe. We'd stay here again.
