More attention to the maintenance in the lodge we stayed in. Only one washing machine and dryer available,. Should be more

Good accommodation in a wilderness location. It is quite a large resort with both camping and lodges. The lodges were modern and comfortable. In our case the shower needed work but all the problems would be fixable. Mimis restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was good and value for money

Communal bathrooms could be a bit cleaner, but quite good for camping/ glamping A little pricey, but to be expected as minimal accomodation in the area. Would still opt to stay again

Great location for Yellow waters, on the doorstep. Very clean and minimal bugs somehow within the tents! Tents are far more luxury than you expect and the staff are lovely an helpful in all interactions

    1. For $369/night, a) no WiFi in lodge rooms (only in the 2&3x more expensive 'villas) - luckily room was adjacent to restaurant and picked up its wifi; b) while room was clean etc it wasn't much above the facilities of a 3-star motel. Appreciate its remoteness and isolation in wet season adds to costs but needs to try harder - a monopoly in the area / no alternate choice other than staying in Jabiru; not what used to in Accor managed hotels - came as a surprise. c) would have been nice to have matching wine glasses; no ice tray so had to get a beer glass full of ice - designed to encourage you to drink at the bar. 2. NO warning in booking system that ONLY Telstra available for mobile phones ... no Optus, no Vodafone, no TPG, leaving the only option as insecure wifi calling over the restaurant / bar / bistro OR a Telstra phone booth. Not good enough in this day and age.

Unique location; proximity to scenic attractions; the room [Lodge Room] was clean, beds comfy but otherwise basic. Had excellent Buffalo eye fillet meal. Accor front desk staff friendly and efficient; the store staff were also friendly and quite helpful on local indigenous attractions.

we didn't get face washers or a bath mat for the shower

The rooms were very comfortable and the friendliness of the staff was fantastic. What we most liked about staying here was the food at Mimi's Restaurant. We tried every meal on the menu and it was a knockout. We rated them a 10/10.

A generator was running all night long in the restaurant area and it was very noisy in our room E18. On top the room was along the drive way so when someone is leaving at 6am you can hear clearly. The duty manager offered me a breakfast as a sign of goodwill but still a bit disappointed.

The tent were nice and clean

Lack of breakfast and lunch options given the rooms are not self contained. Lack of information on meal options before or on arrival. No where to sit in the room except on the bed. Had to bring outdoor furniture inside.

Good Bistro and restaurant for evening meals. Good size room. Air conditioning and fans. Nice grounds and pools. Yellow water cruise was great.

Booked a family room but the actual room looks so much smaller than the pictures. It was very crowded and not much space for us to walk around and place the luggages. The bed sheet and pillow was very thin. The bathroom was so tiny and not 100% clean.

Location is good. Better condition than camping for sure. Had air conditioner inside the room.

Rooms were in the small side, hard for a family of four with bags! Bathroom was also snug but the shower leaked dreadfully.

This is a very special location! Staying at a lodge in the middle of Kakadu is unique! So this outweighs relatively basic accommodation options (for a family) and moderately expensive food. We travelled in April, so before “Dry” season. A lot of the park is not accessible during Wet and the lodge similarly offers reduced dining options—food was expensive! Understandably (so remote!), but the lack of options during our stay maybe exacerbated that. That said, buffet breakfast was brilliant! & make sure to ask for the kids menu!
