Bathroom was clean but a little rundown

Cupboards/crockery was a little worn and slightly damaged in places, but all aesthetic-only issues

Good location for penguin parade/wildlife parks but we found we needed a car for Phillip Island in general! Close to shops and restaurants on seafront.

The cabin was good for our short stay. We had really terrible weather overnight and the wind was so loud. We didn't get to spend any time at the beach or outside due to the conditions, but the couch and beds were comfortable and cabin was warm and clean.

Heater for the bed was faulty but the a/c heater was able to keep us warm so it was not a big issue.

Cabins are close together noise level from cabin next door was very loud with kids jumping around.

It is very cozy inside and enough space to dance around. The cabin is bigger than a standard cruise cabin which is amazing.

Very small bathroom and shower.

Very affordable accommodation in a convenient location on Phillip Island. Comfortable large bed. Fully kitted kitchen. Staff was accommodating of our checking in after hours, process was easy.

Tiny rooms with no room on the floor for our bags. We also couldn't get into one side of the bed without shuffling around the door. one of the doonas had a blood stain on it.

the location was quite fine. good communication and easy to arrange a check in after hours. good value for money for our purpose.

so wait freshener was sprayed in the cabin before we come in and the scent was there for a good 2 days. smelled like some cheap stuff not a pleasant smell. Also when we were too early and asked to come back later the receptionist didn’t let us go in to make a U-turn to leave the property. We had to reverse out the same way we came in and it wasn’t easy to see if traffic was going to suddenly swerve in. Perhaps the staff should be trained about road rules and that reversing out o to incoming traffic isn’t so wise. Good thing nothing bad happened.

It is conveniently located and very near the beach do you wanted to have a swim. Overall quite clean and well kept.

All OK except I didn’t get NRMA discount. Also they charged extra $40 as their were 4 of us. They thought only 2!

The curtains at the front sliding door was hanging on the ground. My foot got tangled in the curtain as I was entering the cabin (11) and I tripped and fell quite heavily on my right thigh, hand and my head hit the ground causing my lip to bleed. I ended with a substantial bruise on my thigh and feel lucky that I did not make contact with the table or break anything. My husband also said he almost fell over the curtain.When I told the lady at reception I don't feel like she cared about my fall as she did not express any concern for me. All she said was that she would get maintenance onto it. Maybe an apology would have been more appropriate towards me. Hopefully maintenance has fixed the curtain.
