Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaWe had dinner at 8pm in The Atrium. We got the left overs it was awfull.And then we were asked to leave the restaurant half way through our bottle of wine. It was terrible and such a waste of $82 per person.

AustraliaThe carpet was frayed and the fixtures were a bit old. The spa water that spilled from the tub had nowhere to drain and flooded the bathroom. There wasn’t any the guest toiletries I would expect from a luxury hotel room.
Bed and linen was very comfortable. Great mini bar facilities. The spa is a great size for couples. The room lay out was nice with the spa bathroom being open to the bedroom, with a roller privacy screen optional.

United KingdomCleaning wasn’t up to scratch , cleaner does the minimal. hotel is very busy of a weekend with families. Hotel does special offers 2/3 days, we arrived on a Sunday so we were glad it emptied out Monday and Tuesday. It’s very popular but gets busy at weekends.
Pools, restaurants and location is good. It’s a short walk to the train station that takes you to Perth, Uber taxis are also cheap .

AustraliaLate check in. We rang on the day to try and get an early check in but staff were very unhelpful. When we arrived room wasn't ready and we had to wait. We were staying to attend the footy and had to get changed in the toilets. Subsequently we didn't get to our room till after 6pm.

AustriaNo late check out possibility, after check out no access to pool area or any other amenities to change cloth. Although i was one week guest they told me to change cloth on the toilette as they cannot give me access to changing room bec. I checked out. Late check out would have cost 800 AUD. At least after request the manager appologized and helped out. Staff was neither friendly nor flexible or helpful Pitty
