It's been my pleasure using the services of bookings dot com and I am in much appreciation of your kind service which helps hundreds of people all over the world to find better deals every day I have used multiple facilities in the last few months and always tried to maintain a respected citizen status where ever I go Every motel or hotel I stayed ,you can follow up and check if I am a gentleman or a crazy Australian.if the first true,Could you please get in touch with Motel Dandenong, where I have stayed multiple times,yes last stay too ,I didn't stay through ways or salvation army rather I paid using my account card and money.Yes there was a police operation in the motel during my last stay there but if police didn't find me faulty or if they haven't booked me why the Dandenong hotel block my card and my last booking through you you gracefully rejected by saying card declined But when I went there the arrogant Chinese manager said your card is blacklisted How come a public cheap rental facility like Dandenong motel can black list a bank card which is not black listed yet by the bank and no infringement or no police record I kmow exists against me Just checking with booking.com if they have any power to check and say why the message from you,as card declined where as the story I hear from Dandenong motel is different? Looking for an empathetic response Kind Regards

My only criticism was the car parking, it would be nice to have your room number on the parking in front of your room, instead of coming back on your outing late at night and drive around looking for parking, sorry.

Leaking shower base, broken tap, very narrow car parks & unfortunately the heater didn't work though we were given a plug in one for our room which was ok

how unclean it was, this motel seemed to have a few permanent residents staying there that smoked outside most of our stay we wouldn’t have a problem with this if the gaps in the door weren’t so wide that we could smell the smoke in our room, the walls were paper thin so could hear everything they were saying outside our room until 11:30pm . Because of the gaps in the door the heat from the split system AC was basically going straight out the door since it was placed right across from the door. we only had 3 pillows for a queen bed. dirty floors dirty walls as well as every other visible surface. only half a toilet paper roll available when we arrived. The doorknob to the bathroom was so unclean we just used a tissue to twist the knob to open the door

The room was dirty, had the bare minimum in regards to cutlery, pillows towels etc. The permanent residents were a colourful bunch, and to be honest we did not feel safe outside our room. I believe it was like a housing commission Motel.

Traffic noice, always people out side in the car park being loud. They had a note on the single bed saying if this bed is used it’ll be an extra cost even though I booked for a room with a double and single bed. Dodgy area

WHAT A HORRIBLE STAY! ! Extremely unhelpful and rude staff that speak and understand very little english. Demanded 2 of us being women to sleep in seperate beds, the bed we slept in was like a concrete slab. The car spot fits only a small to medium car at best. Finally they say no pets but the motel is littered with stray cats

Our rooms were booked for three people each, but there were only enough towels and soaps for two guests. Also would've been nice to have an extra pillow or two in the wardrobe, just in case.

Nice, clean and just right for our needs. You get the usual little complimentary soaps etc. The housekeeper was nice too. There's also free WiFi if you need it, just don't forget to get the password when you pick up the key. Parking was good. There was sufficient parking for the units. We booked two delux double rooms. Each room had a mini fridge, toaster, ironing board and iron and kettle. There was a spare blanket in the wardrobe which was great. It's not the Waldorf Astoria, but it's perfect if you're just looking for a place to leave your bags and rest your head. Location in the South East of Melb is great too.
