Cabin showing some signs of age. Just a little tired (esp wet areas). No face to face encounter with staff at all (office not open when keys returned at 9:30am), though not surprising given our very short stay.

Easy booking & check in process. Friendly & helpful staff on the phone when arranging after hours check-in. Very comfy bed, not too soft or hard. Beautiful location.

We had a couple of issues with the description of the room matching. There was a DVD player but didn’t have the correct cord to connect to the newer TV. We requested for this issue to be resolved, but there was no further follow up after the staff came to see if they could plug it in and realised the cable was incorrect. No clothes hoist in the room and not received after it was requested from front desk. The cabin wasn’t super clean upon arrival - lolly wrappers, squashed Easter chocolate and a can of beer left behind the TV.

The property was very clean, no rubbish about. The kids loved the playground and jumping pillow. The pool was clean, but we only went in once as it was a little cool. Our family loved riding around on the buggies- it was a highlight for our 7 year old boy.

The cabin next to us was part of a very large group. There were many people under this cabin (in the parking area) which they turned into a family community area. They were extremely noisy the entire holiday. Not the owners fault and they were told to turn the music off at 10 but there was constant noise and yelling at night when we were trying to go to sleep.

Cabin had everything we needed in it. Linen was spotless and everything was very clean. The kids loved the jumping pillow and pool.

The room was not serviced for the 10 days we were there housekeeping kept asking did we need anything also there was a party on one night that continued on until the early hours of the morning very noisy

Beautiful place to stay right on the lake. I stayed here while I was in the area for work and found the cabin very comfortable, and it had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Great location.

Unfortunately after I'd had a shower on the night we arrived, my husband was greeted with cold water for his shower. He tried again in the morning but the water was still cold, even in the kitchen. We left the Park before the Office opened, so I was unable to mention that. Our lakeside cabin views were magic. Sitting on the patio watching the swans as the sun was setting was my 'heaven on earth'.

A mix up with our booking was no problem as we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom cabin at no extra cost to us.

Too many trees in water when asking staff member where is the track to get out that is advertised as to not damage the JetSki the staff member had no idea and when we did find a track it was not properly sign posted.

Perhaps a ‘beach’ or dedicated swimming area in the lake. The speedboats coming and going made it a little difficult to enjoy a swim during the day. Lovely in the evening though.

The location is amazing, just out of town, quiet and right on the lake. Cabin was super clean and comfortable. Check in easy and friendly.

Everything. Was a great 2 day stay. Own boat ramp and could fish into the lake. Facilities great. Pool awesome. Always so the guy cleaning and maintaining the pool area. Beds super comfortable. Room size decent. Sitting area / kitchen open planned and well spaced out.

Even though we were in a near new unit, there were a few minor maintenance issues we took care of ourselves - toilet door handle was loose to the point it was going to fall out or lock someone in - fixed with a screwdriver & the same door was very squeaky, fixed with WD-40. The toilet seat was so loose that it pinched your legs every time you sat on other- seemed a common fault though across the public toilets in the park 🤷‍♀️ The kitchen/living area had loads of room but the positioning of appliances along the bench left inadequate space for cutting/prep etc.

The location is great even though it is away from town - it was quite, well maintained & lake access was excellent.
