We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Cheap! But you get what you pay for. Great I can have my dog stay in the motel room too. Excellent heating on a cold night! Bed was comfortable.

AustraliaLittle bit chaotic at checkin (4pm) as room was not ready and then a load of people all arrived at the same time. In the end, we got a room (twin) which was perfectly fine. Motel running at 100% occupancy - post pandemic.
Typical motel rooms. Dog Friendly property. Warm Artisian Swimming pool at motel was excellent. Great temperature in the pool. Very relaxing. Didn't need to leave the motel.

AustraliaThe room was not clean daily. We have to ask the cleaner to provide extra rubbish bags, blanket and heater etc... Shortage of staffs for the entire stays.
The staffs were friendly and approachable on arrival but then afterward its hard to find them due to the long weekend. Our room were easy access to the hot pool for my mum. Upon arrival, we called the hotel and within 10min, they came to the airport and pick us up. Thankyou. Two lovely dogs within the resort.

AustraliaI was a bit worried after reading all the reviews. Look, it's not perfect but it's a good place to unwind and dip into the artesian pools. Tbh the whole town is a bit run down and could use some freshen up and you just need to be realistic when visiting. Did require late check-in as a result of staffing issues. No parking issues. No price hike for extra person.

Great location, pet friendly comfortable rooms is an older motel complex. Free off street parking. Great swimming pool and artiesan spa. Expensive add ons $12 coffee but normal room tea , coffee and biscuits supplied free of charge.
