We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI was a bit worried after reading all the reviews. Look, it's not perfect but it's a good place to unwind and dip into the artesian pools. Tbh the whole town is a bit run down and could use some freshen up and you just need to be realistic when visiting. Did require late check-in as a result of staffing issues. No parking issues. No price hike for extra person.

Great location, pet friendly comfortable rooms is an older motel complex. Free off street parking. Great swimming pool and artiesan spa. Expensive add ons $12 coffee but normal room tea , coffee and biscuits supplied free of charge.

Extremely clean room, even though it was pet friendly it was immaculately clean and had no pet smell. Staff very friendly. Adjoining Chinese restaurant had great food. Hot pool was AMAZING after a long drive. Great pet friendly room for a good price, a little area of grass in the complex for pup to stretch her legs - will definately be back when I head through town again.

The pool was amazing helped emensly with all my pains. Owner is lovely and goes beyond. Motel is old was a trip back to the 70s and we loved it. Great spot.
