OMG, we loved room 5 down the back, a huge self contained suite with full kitchen, dining table, lounge room and huge comfy bed all furnished in lovely Asian timber furnishings

luxurious, clean, beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and so comfortable and the studio was spacious. It was generously stocked with tea and coffee making provisions as well as toiletries. The rates were very reasonable. owners very friendly and helpful. Everything needed for a quiet, comfortable stay. Wish it could have been longer!

Just a few small things. We found it hard to shower without flooding the floor with water, although we did get better with practice . The showerhead couldn't be adjusted using the sliding rail provided, probably an earlier installation. Could you provide a basic squeegee? I'd be happy to use it to remove the water on the floor...

Lovely decor. Very quiet. On site parking. Thoughtful touches like the coffee plunger and teapot, armchairs, extra towels, presentation excellent. Would recommend. Staff not on site but attentive - Kylie? Was able to arrange a closer car park for us, by text, for which we were most grateful. All in all a really pleasant stay.

Given it was the middle of winter the provision of heated ceiling lights in the bathroom would add to the comfort level.

Cleanliness of room, very large and comfortable bed, received a text advising that our room was ready for occupancy around midday and that entry was available by a code that accompanied the text. Kylie was very obliging and friendly.

Pillows were firm (which we like) but a bit too thick. Also, the mattress was probably due for replacement as it had a slope to one side! Minor issues though, as everything else was sooooo nice!

On entering the room, we were stunned by how much space there was, the cleanliness, and the wonderful styling that made it feel we were staying in a 6 star hotel suite. The owners have included every facility you could imagine in the room and there was everything we could want there including high quality towels and toilet paper, not the cheap type you often get elsewhere!

Our room at 53 on Victoria was small but really tastefully decorated and suited us for our 2 nights in Warwick. Kylie is an excellent host who was able to give us some great advice on places to see in the Granite Belt area and we would certainly stay there again if ever travelling through this part of Queensland.

We were happy with everything at this property and it was great value for money.

We really enjoyed the large size and decor of the room. There were two air con units which were very effective. The room was spotlessly clean. The towels and bathroom supplies were generous and luxurious including robes in the wardrobe. The shower was a rain shower and was large. The room was in two sections with sumptuous beds/pillows in one and a lounge and chairs in the other facing the tv. There was a good size kitchen area with laundry facilities and a dining table and chairs with large wine glasses and serviettes waiting on the dining table. The hosts were very friendly and helped get us to a great breakfast location 5 minutes walk away.

Shower water spread quite far with only a curtain. Needed quite a few towels so floor around toilet was dry. There were plenty of towels in the room so wasn’t an issue, but I felt like I was creating more washing than need be.
