Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe coffee machine was one thing I was looking forward to as a mother with children waking early to enjoy a good coffee before the kids wake but unfortunately the coffee pods supplied was not suitable for the machine therefore no coffee…… It would of been nice to have a few extra basics supplied like salt and pepper. Ajax spray and wipe for wiping down bench etc.
Apartment was clean, complex was neat and tidy. good location only a short walk to Cavill avenue.

AustraliaBeds so uncomfortable Broken and old furniture. Sofa had pre sunken where people had already been sitting for long amounts of time. Worn out in areas as well. No maintenance on property such as stove exhaust buttons broken, no soap holder in shower, beds had no blankets. Hard spring beds, master only had double bed which was too small for my husbands length. We did not properly sleep for 4 days, and it was horrible. Way overpriced for what you get. We have stayed in so much better for less.

Australiathere were not enough cups or cutlery, the cooking utensils knives etc were so poor they could not be used. no wine glasses, one teaspoon for a property sleeping four is really poor. three cups which are so old and stained I felt I had to wash them before I used them. two blankets to three beds.. quite disappointed in the unit I hired because of the lack of what you needed in the kitchen area. the tv did not work properly. the bathroom ensuite leaked constantly from the shower.

United KingdomA lot of faults with the property, we entered and there was a smashed mirror on the wall, the window in one of the bedrooms was broken with a sign on saying not to open/close it because it was broken (on check out we were later accused of being the ones who broke this even though there was already a sign up that it was broke and they were not going to give our deposit back to us!). There was also a very sharp ceramic soap dish on the shower wall which was smashed which I cut my leg on when showering.

United KingdomThought it could have done with a re- decoration and a thorough clean but great value for money for what we paid. Attention to detail required eg the curtains were hanging off and the carpet had a few marks on it - also the setee was worn out so needs replacing and the patio doors needed cleaning- there were cobwebs which let it down - some of the lights did not work - all little things but then start to add up.
Loved the size of the apartment and its position - the pools and grounds were well-maintained.

AustraliaOur apartment was infested with bedbugs and left me with over 100 bedbug bites, which are still visible months later. They were everywhere, in the bedding, mattress, carpet and curtains. We had to treat all of our belongings (as advised by local pest control companies) and throw out many items that were unable to be treated/ laundered. This stay added unexpected expenses as we had to find alternative accomodation for our other 2 nights, pay to launder all of our belongings and replace all of the items that had to be discarded as a result of the infestation. Not to mention the disruption this caused to what was supposed to be a family holiday. We were provided with a refund for our stay as per Australian Consumer Law. We were not reimbursed for any of the other costs associated with the infestation though. Highly recommend that you book elsewhere!!!!

AustraliaThe apartment wasn’t cozy at all and neither clean or tidy. Couches were so bad condition that they were worn broken, cushions were dirty, carpet was coarse and dirty. Kitchen was poorly equipped and pots and pans were scuffed. Dishwasher didn’t work and washing machine was mouldy.
The only good thing with this apartment was the good location and renovated bathrooms.

AustraliaUnfortunately, our room was late being made available, 3 side plates only for a 6-person apartment, young lad at the desk was not interested in getting off his phone to assist. Lights and fan did not work in main bedroom. Very disappointing and rather unbelievable for the price. No free Wi-fi.
Location was great and free carparking. The balcony was great for enjoying the view. Good size rooms. Other residents were very friendly.

AustraliaBroken curtain on arrival so looks like nothing gets fixed before the next lot comes in. We didn’t close curtains at night as we didn’t want to make it worse. broken drawers and broken fan and light remote. No switches to turn on lights in two rooms. Not sure how often the cleaners go around but the fridge had mould in it, it was DIGUSTING we had to clean the fridge before we put our food in there, we find a used blue mask on the couch when we entered in the room and that is not on and gross, and the smell from the cupboards in the kitchen was not pleasant every time we open them up. I have taken photos when we entered the property and photos when we left. The photos I took before we left compare to the photos I took when we entered the property it’s like we have made the property look much more cleaner than what it looked like when we came in on the first day.

AustraliaDisaster 3 bedroom apartment not cleaned after previous guests, dirty towels,dirty unmade beds, dirty water still in bathtub, no toilet paper or new starter pack the list goes on. Our parking spot number didnt seem to exist, ended up in 2 2 bedroom apartments on different floors. Totally exhuasted splitting up food between family members, elderly dad, young granddaughter, husband with health problems not good enough.$600 wasted.
Manager did his best to sort out a unpleasant situation.Location good for what we needed.

AustraliaThe room was left dirty, no wifi, no TV in main bedroom, standard tv - no HDMI cable or chromecast to make a smart tv, the shower constantly dripped, the dryer didn't work. The second room was a small small room with bunk beds in it and no other room in there other than if you were standing on the side to get in.
The pool and the hot tub were awesome, the location was great, The size of the apartment was decent,the oven worked great, the microwave was good- very high heating.
