We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaLocation is not good. No electric lifts. Need to climb up stairway despite many stairways being provided at the Inn. No telephone provided, so one needs to walk down to the office to make inquiries.
We were allocated room upstairs on first floor. We are aged couple and there was nothing alternative. This property has no lift and therefore concrete steps are available from all sides. Quite steep and elderly people cannot be expected to climb up the stairway with suitcases. They will pant for breath and die of suffocation. Owned by possibly Chinese migrants and they use Chinese workers to clean up the rooms. This should be fine as they do same jobs like any other Australians do. There should be open description of the property by Booking Com to explain that there is no electric lifts as such and customers are expected to climb the stairway upstairs floor. The location is also not conducive for easy access to trains etc and other shopping centres. There is a KFC store directly opposite the Inn and shopping centre diagonally behind the Inn for Coles supermarket and other convenient stores.

Ideally located for our purposes this room was a clean retro style motel accommodation straight from the 80s. The staff were very helpful and the facilities while dated were clean and comfortable.

AustraliaUnfortunately the outside lights were left on all night, I guess for security reasons. But the curtains in my room didn’t block out all the light.
The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The bathroom was exceptional. The bed was really comfortable and the heating in the room was tops. On top of all that the crockery and cutlery were clean and everything worked.
