Housekeeping and the room was not cleaned properly on check-in. Long brown hair left in bathroom, used half empty moisturiser - not nice. Also, the room wasn't cleaned on the subsequent day until between 430pm and 5pm when it would have been nice to be resting after a day out and before our night out

Hotel was fully booked and felt quiete overcrowded. Especially the pool. Staff were quite nice however one or two of them were not friendly and pretty abrupt. Constant long lines at reception and oddly only 2 desks of the 4 were open.

The car park kept trying to charge us daily even though we had prepaid the carpark on arrival

We liked how big and comfortable the bed was, the restaurant downstairs and the pool area.

Pool - a little disappointed smaller than it looks in pictures and water temp was way too high. Felt like a bath not the refreshing swim I was looking for on a very humid 30 plus degree day. Bar was a little pricey. Last place we stayed had happy hour would love to see that offered here.

Location was great. Easy to find and parking a breeze. Room was spacious, clean and modern. Staff were all amazing special mention to house keeping so friendly and nothing was a problem. Loved to quirky pics in each lift and areas were all modern.

The rooms are small and as it is an older building which has been renovated I really hope it continues to be well managed and maintained because the resort facilities make up for what the rooms lack.

I love the qt. It has a really great atmosphere and everything you really need on the resort. The pool area is great with an adjoining bar and I loved getting a coffee in the morning and sitting by the pool. The restaurants are fantastic and the accommodation is small but adequate and clean.

Using a room for 3 there were only cups etc for 2 - A quick call could have sorted it, but would have been nice to have been set up for what was booked

The pool area was smaller than I thought, also wasn't expecting so many children at this particular hotel as the pool wasn't a kids friendly type of pool. Anyone can come into the pool and use it as no room card required to enter. The bathroom basin wasn't well designed water goes everywhere and you hit your head on top of shelf.

The décor of the hotel, room sizes and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and location to everything in Surfers was great.

The shower took up to 15 minutes to adjust for the right temperature, for the money you pay that was extremely poor ! Would not go back for that reason alone ! And sliding door rattling with the high winds !

we had one bad meal from room service but issue was rectified very well . pool service closed at 5/5.30 with 2 hours daylight left. this was disappointing if you had been out and wanted a drink at the pool- nice time of day. air con in Japanese restaurant needs improving

Disappointed in the limited number of Pool sun beds which were always reserved or taken. It would be nice to have more- mb around the fenced off TV area - to be able to lounge and drink those cocktails!

We had the ocean view. The room was spacious, clean & comfy & location to beach was an easy stroll.

The shower mixer tap was really hard to operate to get a good temperature and the bath was slippy and needed a bath mat

The room iPad did it work and was tricky to navigate. The pool area is quite small. I feel the cabanas need to be staggered for all to use.

Restaurant only offered a buffet dinner. Too expensive and too much food!! Prefer a la carte! But buffet looked amazing if you were a big eater!

Fun quirky decor. Very comfortable beds. Great little cafe for coffee and breakfast. Loved the spa bath!!
