Cleanliness can be improved as we can see dusts on louvres of the washing doors and on the dining chairs. If there are security screen doors on the balcony we could have slept with air conditioner off.

Location is walking distance to the wharf, restaurants, Rusty's Market. The apartment has washing machine and dryer which is really good as we have few water activities spread out in 2 days. Overall really enjoyed our stay.

Room (i think) was serviced every other day. Cabinetry in the kitchen was quite dated and in need of repair. Although it says Austar there is no Fox available. Although the washing machine broke down, the manager swung into gear and his friendly staff washed our laundry for us!

Location was fantastic for us as we could easily walk to Barlow Park and down to the Esplanade. On site manager was engaging and knowledgeable of the area. Warm welcoming. Clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space. The pool was clean, and the outside area was tidy. The gentleman that welcomed me was so kind, and if I had any problems, I'd go see him. 100% made all the difference to the stay

Very old in need of maintenance. Chipped bathroom tiles and hole in ceiling in bathroom. Dining chairs and couch we so cheap it was like sitting on concrete. Couldn’t enjoy sitting on front balcony as neighbours were sitting out smoking.

Firstly the ease of getting into our room due to our after hours arrival. The apartment was very specious and comfortable, very clean, it had everything we needed for our stay. The Balcony was nice. The view was ok, but it was nice to be able to sit outside. The staff and hospitality was really great, we forgot to pack something and the lady who was doing our room found us to make sure we got it back. Warren was really kind, as our plane wasn’t leaving till the evening he allowed us to leave our bags at the lobby area, till later, for which we were very grateful. Thank you Warren! It is very central to Rusty’s Market, the Esplande, Cairns Central Shopping Centre, and the train and bus stations are only a few minutes walk walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Room manager was frustrated at our after hour checkin at 6.30pm and made us feel unwelcome. I was greatly disappointed in his racist comment and I advised him that this was not acceptable.

Everything about our stay was excellent, Warren on the front desk was extremely helpful. Location was fantastic. We walked all over Cairns from the Apartment. The apartment was well set up and roomy. Undercover security parking was a big bonus. Lots of tourist information available onsite. Well set up kitchen and laundry. Perfect place to stay!
