Amazing views from the pool and the balconies of the rooms is really the best part of this hotel. Watching the sunset is so nice! Clean and comfortable rooms, TV with Netflix works well, big bathroom and nice shower. Small and overall very friendly hotel, always enough room by the pool. Easy to park in the parking garage and the shop open until late has all you need for a quick breakfast or snack. Really everything was perfect and would love to come back :)

Pool could be warmer. Would be nice to have a breakfast on the site. A hut in the garden has been closed . Not sure what was the purpose. Aircondition not so strong . Fan unit wobbly. I was afraid to use it. I have requested late check out and has been confirmed but then reception told me we cannot have late check out.

Very nice small hotel. Cleanless , friendliness superb. All amenities in the kitchen as needed. Great sun beds and table with chairs.

It is about a 30 minute walk from the town up a very steep hill which was attempted only once. Going down though was around 10 minutes.

A very quiet location matching the name Serenity with great view of the bay. Very helpful staff, lightly heated swimming pool with plenty of room around it for sunbathing. There is a shop for some items of food and essentials next to the reception. There was a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away for a wider choice of foods. The undercover car park was ideal for the smaller car, but bigger ones could be accommodated and it was part of the main building. It was secured at night by a gate that could be opened by the room key. There was a gym overlooking the pool area of needed. The rooms were spacious both with sliding doors that could be locked slightly open if required. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment including a Nespresso machine for which we could buy pods from the shop or the supermarket. There are many taxis to ease the trip up to the property unless very energetic.

The only thing that we didn't enjoy was the workmen having their lunch right beside our terrace everyday. This made us feel quite uncomfortable sunbathing. However, I completely understand the work being carried out during this quieter time of year but it's just something that we didn't like.

The staff were so welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful. The whole complex was so clean and tidy everywhere. It was so peaceful, quiet and relaxing and we had a wonderful stay. It was exactly what we needed! Also, the Jacuzzi on our terrace was a wonderful treat!

Unfortunately during our 10 night stay a construction build was being carried out on the ground floor rooms. Extremely noisy especially around the pool area but also on our balcony meaning we spent less time around the hotel than anticipated. Had the Sunday peaceful ambience been maintained daily this review would have been five ⭐ We were given a goodwill gesture compensation which although appreciated did not take away our disappointment.

Very large room & balcony with excellent facilities. Comfortable large bed. Great twin basin bathroom. Helpful polite and efficient staff & useful basic necessities shop for essential foods & water. Our STAR service was the daily delivery of fresh rolls & croissants to our room!

The hot tub was very durty and was impossible to use without cleaning! The staff react and clean it on the next day.

The accommodation is self-catering and there's a small shop by reception. Although there was an advertised breakfast, the facility was only open on certain days and provided limited options. Not having any real onsite bar or restaurant facilities seemed surprising for such luxurious surroundings.

We were looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating break and the villa certainly provided this. Beautiful view, excellent pool, a jacuzzi on the private terrace and comfortable facilities inside meant that we had what we needed to really relax. The bay has zero nightlife so it was incredibly peaceful at all hours.

The terrace decking boards could have been mopped and cleaned instead of brushed. The balcony glass screens could be abit cleaner. The onsite shop could have stocked abit more choice.

We arrived during a heat wave so very hot. The air con in the living area was great, but the bedroom only has a ceiling fan. It took a good few hours to cool down the entire villa, but eventually got there. The jaccuzi was set at max temp when we arrived, around 40 degrees, which was way too hot for us with it being almost 40 outside. This took a while to reduce temperature, but again we got there in the end and it was lovely to take a dip to cool off. The villa we stayed in, and the others to be fair, are very overlooked. Not as private as we imagined, but still beautiful villas that I would definitely recommend to others if they are after a relaxing and luxury stay. We tried out breakfast one morning, on the terrace upstairs. Beautiful setting and again so quiet and peaceful. The food was ok. We had 2 English breakfasts and 2 orange juices, for 20€. We preferred the breakfast elsewhere, or just making our own sat outside in the villa 😊

Beautiful stay! Staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Anastasia. After reading reviews, we were a little worried about near by shops. We came here after staying in a different part of the island, so had some shopping left over that we took with us, the little shop on site was good enough, plus another shop just 5 mins away at the next hotel. There's also another 2 shops on the walk way down to the beach front. Being so high up, the views were just out of this world! We walked down to the beach twice, and just got a taxi back up, which are very cheap. We had booked the Royal villa roca, with private garden and pool, however we were informed that the pools were currently out of use, so the hotel had provided jaccuzis in the villas instead. We decided to keep the reservation regardless of the private pool being closed, and so happy we did! This hotel is just pure relaxation and tranquil, just what we wanted! The communal pool was still open, that was also lovely. Plenty of sunbeds, very calm and quiet, just so relaxing. Very clean hotel, the bed was extremely comfy, probably the only holiday I've not missed my own bed! I would definitely stay here again, especially when the private pools are back up and running.

I really liked the accommodation based on the pictures, but it was even better in person, a fantastic place. The view is beautiful. The staff is very kind and helpful, they did everything to make our stay good. There is a convenience store next to the reception where guests of the hotel can buy basic things if they don't want to go to the store (very convenient, for example I needed sugar or a coffee capsule and I was glad that I didn't have to get in the car and go down to the store). The pool was excellent and so were the sunbeds. I can recommend it to everyone.

Location was a-little far, but that was no surprise. just over a 15minute walk to the beach but you can get a taxi up or down for 4 euros

Beautiful and spacious rooms. Absolutely gorgeous view with a huge balcony. Anastasia and the team were superb. Lovely little shop that has everything you need to and a great pool bar for snacks throughout the day.

In the last day they didn't changed my bed sheets and they were not great from the night before, the menu from the breakfast was written by jand on a piece of paper it was very unprofessional and the breakfast bar always opens late never on time.

The view is amazing, the utilities inside the room work perfectly and are super complete, the aircon is very strong, the cleaning was great suoer detailed and the staff usually super nice, it was almost perfe t! The private parking is really good.

It's a bit of a walk to the beach and the restaurants and you need a taxi to get to the city center.

I stayed at the premium apartment in third floor, which was very clean and the sea view was amazing, also had a great pool to cool off and get some sun! Elena was very nice in the reception and helped a lot.

Nothing much to complain about. But the cleaning spray or room freshener is a but too strong and it takes a good time for the smell to go, which can be irritating for some. Would recommend to tone it down. Overall a perfect stay with the best view and very friendly staff.

The view is surreal. It might seem like a bit far from the beach but in actual it’s about 3 mins by car. The staff are really friendly and helpful, offering good recommendations for tourists. The cleaning staff is very prompt and ensure that the room is cleaned thoroughly. The outdoor area to chill by the pool is beautiful. On the whole it’s a perfect stay for a couple.

Our family was impressed by a very warm welcoming from receptionists on arrival and later, any time when you have a question. Ana and Anastasia were exceptionally nice and very helpful to address our family questions! In addition, we would like to special thank Anastasia for prompt help to address an issue with air conditioning in our room. The sunny and panoramic views from the room terrace are fantastic! The pool is not deep and large, the sun beds are always available for residents. The bar location is very comfortable with a nice panoramic view and a very friendly Jordan who is always there to serve a tasty drink and keep you smile! Availability of late checkout was crucial to maintain our quality time before leaving for the late evening flight. The cleaning stuff, Ana and Rosalia, were very polite and they did a very good job to keep the room clean and fresh, including kitchen, beds and toilet/toiletries, and terrace too. Thank you so much for comfortable and relaxing atmosphere!
