The wi-fi is very unstable. Heard from staff they are doing some upgrading at this time. Hopefully there will be wi-fi as people do find this a necessity.

As I was travelling for work, wifi access in the rooms was weak so made life a litle difficult.

Location was central, on-site parking was a great bonus. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with access to kitchen amenities.

This is not a negative as it didn't impact our stay or experience although the room could be updated in terms of carpet, styling etc.

No better spot in terms of location. Close to cafes, supermarket, Cairns central shopping center, the esplanade, train to Kuranda etc etc. All walking distance. Easy after hours check in. We had the unit with pool access with a perfect view to watch the nye fireworks. We stayed for 6 nights. The kitchenette was a great size to cook light meals, make coffee. The apartment has a great size living room and we made use of the washing machine and dryer. The courtyard style of the hotel reminds you of Italy. It's quiet and you don't hear the noises of outside.

Hard to get entry when we arrived late at night. Also the initial uncertainty about our parking space, which was eventually resolved.

Great central location but quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. Cairns is a lovely city with lots to see and do in town and surrounding areas.

No internet connection was so frustrating in this day it is essential to provide quality internet. This honestly is the only setback it is quite annoying to have a smart TV in the apartment but no wifi to connect it to and then hot spotting off your phone. For ~$250 per night when we stayed you expect internet.

Great location in a very private and quiet property in the heart of Cairns city. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We stayed in one of the refurbished suits which were clean, spacious and had all requirements for our 10 day stay. The property does not have a view but I found that okay because it is so private and the pool area is amazing.

Lack of wi-fi in apartment. Had to go to outdoor area or in lobby to use wi-fi. Bad service getting in after hours on Sunday- found out it is handled by a different company but that doesn't make the stress trying to get checked in easier.

Location Location Location- excellent spot to be in Cairns! Easy walk to Esplanade and restaurants.. The size of the apartment was fantastic. Everything felt clean and newish. Very nice manager on site during the week.

The facilities in the room needed refurbishment, maintenance and upkeep, doors were hanging from the hinges and few of the bathroom tiles were cracked. the microwave wasn't cleaned.

The hotel is fantastically located in the centre of Cairns close to everything. The room was large and well appointed. The hot water didn't work at first but staff worked hard to get it rectified.
