The only let down is the carpet in the room, they need to be replaced, they made me feel uncomfortable. Apart from that it was a lovely relaxing holiday destination. Both sides of bed need a table light

The body wash lid was broken when I went to have a shower and couldn’t get it to work . Had to stop shower and get my own soap!

Rooms were smelly and not very clean, beddings were ok thou. Facilities need renovation. Water in the pool is too cold, not heated

Having to drag my case up and down a staircase was really difficult. You need ramps to rooms or a lift.

This location is a good 10 minute drive from the main centre or ‘the strand’ where all the nice shops and beach are - so you either need a car or to continuously get taxis/Uber which range from $20-30 each way. It is located next to some fast food places and a shopping complex but I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you are on holiday and don’t have a car - stay in the centre The restaurant overlooks the pool - found it a bit weird people having a drink and watching people and children in the only pool - not private for myself just wanting a quick dip and everyone’s looking at you The rooms are definitely not 4* - they are old and need updating. We stayed on the top balcony and heard everyone walking past and their luggage. The walls between rooms are also very thin, we could hear everything in the neighbouring room. The bed and pillows weren’t that comfortable for us. You also have to walk up stairs to get to those rooms. Also little details like the wrong name on the tv - was meant to be Miss not MR.

The lobby and gardens were beautiful Room service was nice and quick Staff were always helpful especially getting taxis and asking advice or recommendations Check in and out was quick and easy The cleaners who serviced our room everyday were great!

The shower screen was not large enough therefore when having a shower water went all over the bathroom floor.

Dinner on the night of arrival was great and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really good and check in and out was both quick and easy.

The TV needs to be updated. It froze quite often and had damaged pixels on the screen which made it hard to watch movies. The area near the aircon was dirty and so was the area around the TV.

The walk to the rooms from the car park is. Fair distance. Was expecting the room to be set up as double and 2 singles not the singles set up together. Makes it interesting with two teenage boys sleeping in same bed.

The rooms could do with an update: New carpets and room doors would make a huge difference. Updating the rooms would match the rest of the hotel which is modern and new.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities are fantastic, lovely pool good tennis courts and a great restraunt/bar area. Beds were comfy and bathroom had a good shower.

no metal rails to entre spa, no vegetation between pool and bar for a small amount of privacy, everyone having a meal or drink was watching people swimming, noisy NRL team staying.
