Bass from TV next door assuming from opposite side of wall to bedroom made difficult to get to sleep some nights.

The bed was two singles pushed together and the sheets all came off very easily but that wasn’t a major issue.

We loved the indoor and outdoor pools and spa! Check in was very easy and they allowed us to check in early as the apartment was ready. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We were able to store food and drink and do some washing. Great value for money!

The car parking spaces for holiday guests were dotted around the car parks. Would be easier if they were together.

Lovely cafe on site for breakfast and coffee, staff very friendly and welcoming. Great location for shopping, entertainment and dining options The property was well maintained, beautiful pools.

Could hear some outside road traffic at times even with all doors closed, parking at times was hard to find and away from lift to our tower, bed was very hard.

Road noise and nearby construction. Not alot of basic supplies in the rooms like dishwasher powder or laundry liquid. Some pantry items like paper towels, salt and pepper would have been nice too.

Location is great. The Pool area, spa, gym, common areas nice and well maintained. There is a Cafe on the ground floor. Easy basement parking. Would stay again.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like, the gym was a little above standard

Great location, 5min walk to beach and shops, nice pool area, indoor and outdoor, we had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was spacious, clean and kept (considering it’s an older hotel, easy to find parking! Free parking on site.

Nothing negative about the property, except the dishwasher had not been cleaned for some time and was really on the nose

lovely large room with great air conditioning and view not bad from 5th floor. Bed was comfortable but pillows were a little flat. Location wasn't bad as it was close to the mall, the tram (which is an excellent way to get up the coast a bit. Wasn't so close to the restaurants that the noise kept me awake. The pool, both inside and out are lovely. And loungers to sit in are comfy. Cafe in the East wing is easy to get to once you find your way around.

Roadworks were a little noisy one night of three

Big room. Comfortable bed. Amazing pool on a hot day. Heated indoor pool as well. . The location is excellent. Close to tram. Can walk to Pacific Fair shopping centre. A few restaurants close by, too.

The smell coming up through and out of the ensuite bathroom drain was disgusting. Smell was floating throughout our 2bdr apartment daily. My daughter inlaw, who stayed in the Central tower and needed a well deserved relaxing week away was awakened every morning between 1-2am with drilling from the current construction of the tramways. No mention by email from the Belair previous to her stay or offer to compensate at all was a little disappointing
