We had a wonderful time here. It was indeed more luxurious than we were expecting. Many of the staff were very helpful indeed and it was a restful place. We went to one service and had a meal at the cafe. The lady who recommended you had talked about having 'breakfast with the nuns' but of course everything had changed since then! Fantastic new building and really lovely accommodation. If we ever return to Sydney (sigh...) we will definitely come back to you. Breakfast was great and I was impressed by the attempts to lessen the carbon footprint: so difficult nowadays when people are demanding.

Needs more and better (larger) signage to alert you where to access the facility

Location is a short walk from main centre of North Sydney and railway stations and therefore easy to go anywhere. It was also very quite in a rear room facing the open grounds.

It feels like it was designed to be a private hospital, had that feel with extra wide corridors and bland decor. But for the price Im being picky. Better than much more expensive options in North Sydney.

The location is excellent for our purpose and it is also within easy walking distance to public transport and local shops. The property is very secure (you use your room keycard to unlock the gate) and it has the widest corridor I have seen in hotels. The room was very comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was adequate, nothing fancy but enough with the usual continental breakfast stuff. The hotel staff are polite and friendly.

The accomodation exceeded our expectations. It looked brand new, was set in a beautiful green garden setting, had a feeling of spaciousness and calm both in the room and throughout the whole lodge. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The dining room and continental breakfast was wonderful. Having car parking on-site was convenient. It is very conveniently located to transport and eateries in North Sydney and Mc Mahons Pt.
