There is some train noise/vibration due to the proximity of the train line, but it went largely unnoticed.

Room servicing left a little to be desired, one day no bath mat or face cloths, the next day no coffee, things knocked on the floor when serving the room and picked up. Only little things but pretty basic things to get right

Not the hotels fault but we ordered a taxi through reception who quoted a price, but at the end of the journey which was really good trip no holdups or re route the taxi charged us an extra 50% .. $141 rather than the $90 ish we were quoted.. suggest book your own or Uber..

Location was perfect.. a quick stop on the train to central Sydney which cost a couple of £’s but staying North cost half the price of Sydney hotels. Hotel was basic but had everything you needed for a week or more.. if you get a room with a view of the bridge.. it’s breathtaking!!

Very close to subway, busses, restaurants and sights in Northern Sydney. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Amazing view.

Being billed for breakfast when I had already paid at the resteraunt. I haven't sought to reclaim it, because getting money returned by companies is usually made too hard and distressing! The train underneath. But the view outweighed that inconvenience.

The fridge or some appliance made a lot of noise at nights. The rooms may need a bit of freshening up.

The views were stunning! Bed was really comfortable with big comfortable pillows. We really loved the more peaceful area of where the hotel is.

The gym had water damage and was out of commission so I didn't get a chance to use it. There was some drilling and banging taking place intermittently on three days while I was there. Very disturbing although to be fair, the work commenced after 9am on two of the days. There proximity to the North Sydney Station meant that there was a constant rumble.. although I got used to this after a few days.

Location is perfect. Great transportation network close to the hotel. Just a 1 hour walk to Circular Quay. 20 minutes to start the walk over Sydney Harbour Bridge. Hotel has great room service, so I could dine in the comfort of my own room. The view from my hotel was as advertised. A great view of the city.

Bar shut by about 9.15 Very steep steps to get in or had to walk up car park ramp.

The noise outside the room was quite high. I also experienced a fire alarm emergency which meant vacating the room at midnight for over an hour. This was not much fun.

The view is great and the staff were very pleasant.

The check in time of 3pm was too late especially as we had had an early start. Had to ask for milk in the room even after it had been serviced

We had a fire alarm evacuation there was not enough communication for this event but apart from that great stay

We were on 13th floor which you need to be high not to hear the train going under the building. The location is great for public transport.
