After staying here 20 plus times we were given the worst filthiest room in the place. Stained carpet, stained furniture. This is the only time we've ever seen a dirty room we did book last minute though it may have been all they had. Pretty sure it won't happen next time.

I didn’t like the smell in the reception area. Stale Indian and Asian food is disgusting. Also nobody had cleaned under the coffee. Table.

The only thing that didn't work for us was connecting to the wi-fi we followed as per instructions but still didn't allow us. Gave up after few attempts. Don't know if reception is suppose to put you into their wi-fi system not sure but oh well better luck next time.

Polite staff, from check-in to check-out and we could leave our bags after checkout and come back pick them up. Kudos to house keeping for moving that heavy sofa and splitting the bed into 2 single beds upon my request, keep up the great work, I see you. Walking distance to some great eateries along the same street; although they have a restaurant which we didn't try out maybe next time. Pretty quiet as the building is located at the end of the street I believe. We had a mountain view room.

Musky mouldy smell was overpowering. Wet season can make this difficult to control but was no attempt by the smell.

The pool seemed to be in an odd place, right beside reception. There was not much much going on around the hotel, no restaurants, nowhere for breakfast other than a ten to fifteen minute walk to the other end of Palmer Street.

The property was nice and well presented. I am used to staying in hotels a little bit more upmarket but still felt this property was very good and really represented value for money.

The location of the entrance and parking was a ‘riddle’ that took some working out. Disappointed that despite phoning the hotel (the day after checking out) to recover my phone charger left behind in the room, it has not been located.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for our needs ideal and and reception service during the stay was friendly and efficient.

The towels were too few and a bit small but I guess I could have asked for extra. The location is a bit far out on the edge of town if you don’t have a car. However, the cabs are inexpensive and you can walk to the passenger ferry in about 20 minutes walking fast.

Very spacious and clean apartment fully equipped with everything you could need. It was very quiet and we slept well.

there is quite a pungent smell of dampness in the room and cleaning of the room could be improved as there was still remnants of the previous guest.

The hot water takes a LONG time to get any warmth. The room was configured as a twin room. For a couple. Who even uses a single bed as a single person?

I was only there overnight so a very quick visit, everything was good.

The room was a studio and was very well equipped. Very spacious, clean and tidy. Location of the property is good, easy walking to bars & restaurants along Palmer Street. Off street parking which was very handy.
