The apartment requires some maintenance. The bathroom door did not close entirely shut and needed to be pushed closed. Also, would have loved to have seen a frying pan in the kitchen, as it made cooking breakfast in the morning a little challenging, but not impossible.

Location of this property was great. We thought that being in the front apartment and on the main road might present some noise issues, but this was definitely not the case. Located in the heart of Cowes, the apartment was a very comfortable walking distance to the beach, cafes and restaurants and supermarkets. A secured car park was a bonus. Our apartment could have easily accommodated for a family of four and therefore was very spacious and more than accomodating for 2 people.The apartment was well allocated. Picking up our keys from Phillip Island Apartments, as communicated to us before we arrived, was easy and not an issue at all. Reception staff was genuinely kind and helpful, and ensured we had all our queries answered before we got to the apartment.

Had some trouble locating where to collect keys from. Had to drive to another location 5 mins away to pick up keys and had trouble locating the entrance of this property. No lifts and had to carry luggage all the way to the top floor Parking was troublesome as the slot given to me was wedged in between wall and a pillar

The apartment at Thompsons is situated at a great location . Coles,Woolworths etc are nearby and also in close proximity to Coves beach. The room was clean and tidy. Please note no lifts and will have to carry luggage through stairs.

we requested 2 queen beds when booking, they were confirmed as well.. but when we got there it was only 1 queen and 2 single beds .

The carpets and blinds were dirty. The outdoor area hadn’t been cleaned well. The water had been switched off one night and I wasn’t informed so had no access to water or couldn’t use the toilet for a night.

The rooms were nice and beds were a good size. The open space living area was nice as well.

bit bigger lounge suite in apartment as couldn't all fit on the couch. We were only a family of four. Door was a bit hard with the key just needed a upgrade.

Check in was a few streets away at another hotel so key collection was a bit confusing but once we got over that all was good.

Second level. The use of stairs a bit of a burden. The fact that there is no elevator does need to be highlighted. Did not bother me but my wife five it a bit hard.

The lounge furniture could've been cleaner.

The apartment was clean and spacious for 3 of us. Check-in process was contact less and was smooth. The host was kind enough to address an issue we had at night without any delay.

We were staying in room 9. We washed some clothes were brought Friday night expecting to wear them Saturday, but once we washed them. The dryer wasn’t working so we couldn’t wear them. Also there was a random old sock under in the bathroom

I didn’t get breakfast but the apartment itself was amazing. Very big & had everything we needed. Happy with what we paid for. Easy to access and a pretty good view
