Charles was a lovely host, the breakfast was great and the room was perfect.

Small fridge. Needed ice for champagne. Checkout was early. Would've loved a sleep in and breakfast in bed.

The spa and privacy. We had the back verandah, dinner table, lights, and heated outdoor spa to ourselves. Extra towels and bathrobes were also provided. Special chocolates were added with various teas and instant flavoured coffees.

The apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large with a good spa bath. The breakfast was individually made and very gourmet. The host was very friendly.

Location, just off the beach road and handy for Sorrento and national park. Lots of seating in garden. Great choice at breakfast and beautifully served. Beautiful house and garden. Nice host, Charles 😊

Good location. Lots of nice places to visit (with a car). The owner was very nice to be with and the different breakfasts were always good.

We added on a massage (external company that come to the property) which was a bit average and probably would not bother next time.

We loved our stay here, the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed using the hot tub which was well maintained. The rooms were clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling! The host was very friendly, overall we had a very good time here!

Beautiful accommodation. We stayed at the Georgia Suite; the room and the amenities were spotlessly clean, very well presented, furnished with everything we needed and more. The comfortable bed, furniture, decorations and beautiful paintings around the accommodation made it feel so cosy and homely. The outside facilities such as the outdoor spa and outdoor seatings were well decorated and maintained. Charles was an amazing host - very welcoming and attentive. We were also very impressed by the fantastic breakfast he cooked. Definitely would be going back and highly recommend this place.

Such a lovely place to stay and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms are comfortable with tea making facilities and our own bathroom. It is walking distance to the beach and the shops so it made it easy to get around. The breakfast was extensive and was lovely having it in the sitting area.

Excellent accommodation. Super comfortable and spacious room, came with an added sitting room as well. Very clean and neat. Located on a quiet street , yet within easy walk to the beach, the Rye pier and the shops. Great base to explore the peninsula. The breakfast was superb - best in Rye - the scrambled eggs were like pillows of clouds perfectly lightl seasoned with a touch of chives, with perfectly cooked mushrooms and tomatoes which enhanced their natural sweetness.

Beautifully presented, Plantation House had everything we needed for a restful stay, good sleep and excellent breakfast. The room was well sized, very clean and had a comfy bed, the house was immaculate and the breakfast will exceed your expectations- two courses, with coffee and fresh juice. Charles is an excellent host. We will return on our next trip to the peninsula. Walking distance to bay beach, short drive to anywhere you need to be!

Such incredibly lovely staff, beautiful room and facilities. Charles’ breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious and made with love. My partner is still raving about the mushrooms. We will 100% be returning.
