Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Australiaview under level 10 is really not harbour view its casino / apartment view but OK. Need to be able to see on booking.com what level you are actually getting to see if you are getting what you pay for.
Place is beautiful would stay again, clean good part of town, Breakfast expensive for what it is and slow, car parking $20 a day when it seemed to be free online. staff not particualry available to assist you / under staffed for a 5 star hotel.

AustraliaThe the aircon wasn't that good at cooling and the curtains were a bit dirty. And the bed being on wheels was a bit annoying. I believe they are slowly renovating their rooms though. And the lobby was beautiful!! So I'm sure it will all be nice soon.
The lobby was beautiful. The breakfast was the best buffet I've ever had. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better staff. And the location was great! Easy walk to everything. Great family holiday.

AustraliaMinor damage within the radius of the entry tiles needs replacement and the foyer area of each level could be enhanced with additional art and low table with flowers and ottoman near lifts. A more detailed exposure of breakfast services times is encouraged,some snacks at the bar mid afternoon would be appreciated especially for business travellers .
Professional trained staff throughout ,whom acknowledged guest within all areas . Front of house very polite and supportive to achieve a pleasant stay when I was under substantial timeframe,to undertake work and attendance to meetings. Food quality was excellent , bar service was above average within a quality hotel . Room very clean and functional ,with cleaners flexible so not to disturb during working . I have travelled extensively and stayed and many hotel , I totally recommend Pullman International Cairns is the only place to stay in Cairns . Thank-you everyone at the Pullman Cairns
