Food in the restaurant was limited and not to our liking. We preferred to eat out at the many nearby restaurants and cafes.

Location, location, location. Amazing location with great views. Also liked that it was a one bedroom room with a washer and dryer.

Nothing to dislike really. Pool area can be hard to sit in at peak times as not a huge amount of chairs on the lower level where you can actively supervise children. Minimal issue though.

Stayed in a deluxe one bedroom harbour view- spacious for me and my two children, though did wish there was an option to make the bedroom a twin and have the sofa bed also. The view was absolutely amazing. Private balcony. Location superb!

Cards for lift and doors were a little temperamental to use.

Beautiful venue with practical and comfortable apartment design. Had everything you need for a business or pleasure stop over and the service was impeccable. Central location with good restaurants at your doorstep and easy transport via ferry, train or Uber/taxi puts most Sydney attractions in easy reach. Ideal for business trips as well with easy city access.

The service from all staff were exceptional. From the moment we turned up and our car was taken by a valet we felt at ease. Everything was just easy, comfortable and a stones throw from the best places and views in Sydney.

Upon entering establishment I could feel the lack of service. Comparing to when we stayed at the Darling previously and also the price we paid +$1k for 1 night the customer service wasn’t great. Upon arriving on the 02/12/23 between 12.30pm and 1.15pm, the Indian man at the front seen me waiting as he was doing something and didn’t even bother to greet me or stop what he was doing to let me know someone would be with me shortly. He left me there waiting for a few mins before someone else came over. RED FLAG. Pool also needs TLC as it was quite dirty. Also put in special requests MULTIPLE times and even had a courtesy call the week of for any special requests, which I had specified at least 2 times when booking that it was a very special occasion as it was our wedding anniversary. We enter our room and NOTHING. Every hotel we’ve ever stayed at for our wedding anniversary has also done something special like a wine/champagne waiting for us when entering the room. It wasn’t until later on in the evening we leave the room and come back to it. If they had bothered to read the numerous notes left they could have done this before we were given access to the room. This is something minor but it’s the SMALL details that matter and when I’m paying more than $1000 a night and you can’t even do that, compared to other hotels with a quarter of the price that can have it arranged before we even get given our cards, you need to start paying attention to the small things. Not sure if it had anything to do our “aesthetic” and not looking like the typical guest you may normally get as I can see from the patrons that dine at your establishment, but boy what a disappointment for the price we paid.

Room decor is dated- walls had damage and bathroom cabinets broken or chipped- needs refurbishing. Parking was very expensive even for Sydney

The fourth floor seemed really humid in the hallway - I would assume that it is because it has the pool?

*The location *The room was lovely and spacious. *The view of the Gardens were lovely / so was the view of the Harbour from the restaurant on the other side of the building. *Extremely comfortable bedding.

Remarkable view from an apartment overlooking the harbour at Circle Quay in Sydney! The apartment was well appointed. Staff were exceptionally professional and friendly.

-parking charge is ridiculous- other places have parking included -No water bottles included -No basic breakfast included (only restaurant style available) -being charged in advance $100 on a credit card (in case we used mini bar), then being told we won't have the money returned for 3 days. Ridiculous. - finding an extra charge of $46 on top of $100 mini bar charge, for a bottle of vodka that we did not consume. When we questioned the hotel they blamed housekeeping staff.

An itemised bill at each sitting to check before it being charged to the room would have been appreciated. Noticing which teabags we were using and replenishing those each day would have been a nice touch. An optional bar for guests to use when the main bar was let out for a private function would be good. Maybe part of the Q Dining area.

Apartment plan and furnishing especially good. Location overlooking Circular Quay fantastic. Breakfast and dining good. Pool quite good being rectangular for lap swimming. Checkout and bag storage pleasant and efficient. Bins for separating recyclable rubbish good.

Just little things like: The tea and coffee items weren't topped up after the first night and then weren't delivered when requested. There was nowhere to hang used towels or bathrobes in the bathroom. The hanging pole in the wardrobe was too low for trousers to hang properly. The bedside light was fixed and therefore no good for reading in bed.

The location was perfect for going to a performance at the Opera House, visit the Botanic Garden and the Art Gallery NSW and generally enjoy being on Circular Quay with great views. Also the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
