The only suggestion I could make is to provide better pillows. They were too firm and thick. The staff were very kind helpful to get us some that were less thick.

Lovely spacious rooms, a nice cool refreshing pool set in a quiet rainforest type setting yet not too far to walk to many restaurants and shopping. The staff were so happy, kind and helpful arranging activities for us and making our stay such a wonderful time.

Even though the hotel is located in Ubud, where it is quite noisy and crowded, the hotel was quiet and you could relax. The service was very nice and helpful.

Location was very hard to find. We arrived at night and our driver couldn’t find it. Very small sign and you have to walk down a narrow path to get to the beautiful building. Once we found it everything was lovely.

Very nice room. Walking distance to various sites, lots of shopping, restaurants, spas within walking distance.

The staff were helpful and polite, but could take quite some time to respond to calls or messages, especially at night.

Villa was located at a place with lots of delicious restaurants and massage places nearby (within walking distance). However, do take note that cars can’t enter the narrow pathway leading to the front door so a little bit of walking is required to reach the hotel front door. It was a beautiful villa, and we got a villa with an a outdoor bathroom and shower. It is fantastic for people that loves to be in the nature. The pool was beautiful, and quite surrounding despite being located in a busy area.

The wall was a bit thin (or next room TV was on really loud at night). But after notifying the staff, they immediately told the next door guest to turn down the volume. Great service! (thank you!!).

Felt private although located in the centre of Ubud. Staffs were great. Breakfast was amazing and variety of choices! You can ask lovely staffs to bring it up to your balcony and enjoy the beautiful forest view from your room!

The best hotel I think we’ve ever stayed in - great location off a slightly calmer street, with no street noise at all at the hotel - still walkable to everything. Delicious breakfast. The grounds and pool are stunning. Room is large and comfortable with a private terrace and lovely outdoor bathroom. The staff create a lovely atmosphere, they work really hard to keep everything looking beautiful - thank you so much! Can’t recommend highly enough, already booked to return at the end of our trip.

Brought us coffee’s very early before breakfast officially started as we had to leave early. 5 star service, really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended would definitely stay if we’re there again. There is a narrow lane you should go through to this place. We had 2 big items of luggage, that were a bit hard to move lol.

Secluded in a calm sidestreet in Ubud, this place is tranquil and fantastic to unwind. The swimming pool with jungle backdrop is lovely and so is the manicured garden all over the place. Rooms are spacious, pristine and functional. Staff was smiling, genuinely hospitable and attentive. Nice breakfasts and drinks too.
