I expected more from a country club. The cleanliness of our family room was lacking. There were no options for additional blankets or pillows inside our room incase we needed. Generally this is a standard wherever you go. It was only for one night so accommodation was ok

The restaurant was closed everyday and the lighting around the property is off at night making it uncomfortable as it’s set almost 1 km off the main road down a tree lined driveway

The concierge at check in so disinterested , not welcoming, not helpful at all The view out from room was ruined by a dirty area, with towels from somewhere laying in the dirt & by the sliding door No spoons …. Just some pop sticks to stir your coffee

No readable sign on the highway. Very dark rated rooms. Reception staff did not speak clear English nor did they know anything about neighbouring towns.

We arrived early evening, no lights on to direct us to the reception and then no lights for our room. We had to use our phone torch to find the door and enter the key. there was no outside light at all which made it difficult to unpack the car. A country club usually has a meal service available, there was no mention anywhere to indicate they no longer offered this service even thought the facilities were there just not in use. there was no dinner option available and after a long drive we had to leave the country club and drive into town and find somewhere to eat dinner.

The room was clean, warm and tidy. bathroom was newly renovated and very nice.

No toaster or microwave in room. TV didn’t work properly even after a staff member looked at it.

TV didn't work in room bed was shocking broken I believe the fridge wasn't even plugged in or cold when we got to the room pull out bed had the bars in your back all night hoping the new rooms are much better

The room was dusty. And the walls were thin so I could hear the surrounding tenants. The staff enabled me to check in super late, which was kind of them. The grounds were full of native animals, which was lovely.

The tavern wasn’t open for drinks or food. When booking it never told me that it wasn’t open, and they only called a day prior to check in. Had to find alternative food options.

Beds were good and shower pressure was excellent. Bathrooms had just been renovated too.

This was bizarre but we had a good time. Huge empty restaurant only open for drinks, had nice views of kangaroos over golf course. Staff very inexperienced but mostly nice. Need some basic training in hospitality!

We were given the wrong room. There were bugs inside the room. The room was out dated and the furniture was decaying. And the air conditioner was so constantly loud.

The bathroom still had previous guests soap and face washer in shower - in other words it was not clean - the taps were broken and hard to turn on and off. The hot tap in shower was very hot to touch when trying to turn off.

Be prepared for "banging noises", which are used to scare off birds / animals from the vineyard nearby. The can start really early and finish late. I didn't mind the noise at all.

Staff were excellent. Great location. Get to see kangaroos daily on the golf course. WiFi works well.

The bistro was closed, there was no cutlery or crockery in the room, we had to go and buy plates and glasses, there were cigarette butts outside the room even though ash trays were provided
