Amazing place to stay, location is wonderful, short walks to everything including beaches and cafes, staff are more than helpful and just great people all round, very very clean and very comfortable.

The location was fantastic, that's what I loved the most about it, view over the lake from the first floor (Room 10) was very relaxing. Rys was very accommodating and helpful, relatively quiet area, and a great walk to Mitchies Jetty or to the main shopping strip. Don't forget to try Cranky Cafe, great coffee and really good food just around the corner.

We were four older adults. It would have been an added safety feature if some grips were provided in shower and spa bath.

Great convenient position. Wonderful view. Everything provided to make us comfortable plus thoughtful touches like condiments in pantry. Hosts very friendly and helpful.

Everything……location is great, being very central we were able to walk everywhere. The view from upper room’s balcony was just beautiful. The unit was spotless…..as always !

The unit was well equipped spacious and well laid out. The ensuite was a bonus. Kitchen and lounge area great, balcony was well used, (those sunsets were amazing.) bed comfortable, bathroom well equiped Pool very clean and pleasant, and under cover parking was appreciated. Although close to a busy intersection the traffic noise wasn’t a problem, and we got used to the planes flying in low over our heads…. A really pretty view over both lakes and everything we needed to have a great break.

Water pressure wasn't great, but you expect that so no issues for us :-)

The room.was exceptionally clean, bedding comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom with large kitchen/dining/lounge opening onto balcony that overlooked the inlet. Great location, probably only an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach. Onsite heated pool was a lovely touch too! We were exceptionally happy with our stay and will be back any chance we can get.

Nothing a highlight of staying in Merimbula.

Sails is in a prime location to enjoy everything Merimbula has to offer. Walking distance to shopping and the ocean. The facilities are great and the pool was very inviting. Rhys was very helpful and communication was great. The apartment has all the modern mod cons and is very comfortable like a 2nd home. We will definitely be back.

Great view, close to beach and cafes, large apartment perfect for a family stay. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area- would highly recommend as a base to visit Merimbula and the surrounding areas.

We did love our stay, but there were some small things: The pool had lots of rules and hours were limited to 9am-7pm. Check out was 9.30 sharp. The air conditioning was only in the living area and didn’t cool either of the bedrooms down the long hallway. The bedrooms each had a fan, but with really hot summer weather, the bedrooms stay hot and we found the fan didn’t cool us, which made it hard to sleep. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

We had room number 7, which was upstairs in the far corner and had the best view of the lake in front and west, right past the airport area and beyond. It was great for for all kinds of views - of the lake, plane watching, boat watching, cars on the bridge watching and people watching! The apartment was wonderful, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed down to the laundry and clothes airer with pegs! Rhys was very friendly and showed us around when we got there, then left us to it for the remainder of our stay. We had a great pool to swim in, the patrolled beach was a short walk away, there was lots of great walks nearby and plenty of close takeaway and dining options available.
